Great location, could be better on cleaning.

The location is great, very easy access to everything. You can go by foot everywhere. We went on winter, central heat worked really well. The host was helpful even when one of the guests locked everyone out of apartment by accident. The issue was solved within minutes.

The bathroom wasn’t well cleaned and more specifically the shower. As the bathroom has to shared by 3 bedrooms I would recommend more attention.

Close location to main attractions - Pisa tower and historic centre. Good communication from owner as we had to self check in late due to late arrival. Free parking. It’s fine for one night stay.

It looked like it was quite dirty both in the room and shared bathroom. Our bedsheets smelled and they didn’t seem freshly washed. We wanted to use a kettle in the kitchen but didn’t find one. Overall, the apartment needs some refreshing.

Location is great. Also possible to park the car around the building without cost.

I was looking for a place with airco. The description is very tricky, because it mentions airco but it doesn't say that it's only in the corridor. The room was hot as an oven and I had to sleep with the door open.

Très agréable

Logement très accessible, la chambre est fonctionnelle avec les parties communes sont propres. Les voisins sont légèrement bruyants mais la nuit s’est bien passée ! Très bonne localisation, à 5min de la Tour

Отличное местоположение: очень близко от центра, легко найти и апартаменты (дана была подробная и понятная инструкция по заселению) и место для парковки машины. Отдельное спасибо Giuseppe, хозяину апартаментов: он всегда был на связи. Как опытный турист могу сказать, что не всегда удаётся устроиться удобно, но Giuseppe удалось обеспечить комфорт своим гостям: в комнате много места, где можно положить свои вещи, по три полотенца на человека (не в каждой гостинице так 😉), терраса со столом (мы чудесно там позавтракали), кондиционер, кровать удобная, бельё чистое, капсульная кофеварка, фотографии объекта отражают действительность. На кухне нет большого холодильника, единственное неудобство (пишу для тех, кому это может быть принципиально), но в комнате есть милый (почти игрушечный) холодильник, который может вместить бутылочку воды или йогурт. Мы отлично отдохнули после дороги и прогулялись по центру.

L attitude du propriétaire qui n a pas voulu se déplacer nous n arrivions pas à ouvrir la porte du batiment ( les 2 jeunes de l autre chambre l ont constaté) mais il a affirmé que nous étions des incapables… heureusement que l on a pu s arranger avec les jeunes pour sortir le soir….de plus salle de bain vétuste et salle…. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre que dans le couloir…..

La pulizia, la vicinanza al centro e l’organizzazione generale. Molto apprezzata la presenza di piccoli accessori di riguardo come lamette, assorbenti e cotton fioc

Avremmo apprezzato di più un condizionatore in camera perché purtroppo quello nella zona comune non riusciva a rinfrescare la camera, anche se abbiamo usato il ventilatore

Lugra tranquilo y cercano a la Torre de Pisa

La situación a 12 minutos de la Torre de Pisa, Catedral y Baptisterio. La habitación limpia y el baño compartido también. La habitación con aire acondicionado imprescindible en agosto. Fácil estacionamiento y gratuito.

No había nevera en el alojamiento (solo una pequeña en la habitación para 4 latas). Supongo que habrá una próximamente.

Camera molto spaziosa e accogliente. Staff disponibile e gentile. La cucina in comune molto bella, soprattutto per chi alloggia per piú notti. Bagno carino e pulito

L’aria condizionata è nel corridoio e non nella stanza che la sera diventa un forno perciò sarebbe perfetto averla all’interno.
