Clean, great location, quiet

Very clean. Very convenient location just two minutes from station yet also quiet. Convenient to have access to shared kitchen with coffee provided.

Overall good small clean hotel, good location

The room was spacious and clean, location perfect for a short stay. We were allowed to leave our luggage for the full day on check out as our flight was late in the evening.

The aircon didn’t work very well so the room became quite stuffy and warm. It’s a busy area outside and ground floor so couldn’t leave the window opened.

Perfect for stopover

Seamless check in, very helpful host and only a few mins walk to train station and €15 from Pisa airport late at night as Pismover had stopped for the night. Lovely spacious, spotless, modern room (triple with private bathroom) with ample toiletries and drinks in fridge eg water, Coke, Fanta… There’s a kitchen to avail of if need be with a coffee machine and tea selection and the host allowed us to leave our luggage after check out until our onward journey too. I would stay again if getting an early flight as so handy to station.

If you’re a light sleeper like me then be aware ie bring ear plugs cos some street noises & what sounded like bin lorries or street cleansers perhaps 4am ish plus it’s right beside a car mechanics so having got in late off a flight, we were woken up very early by that too. It would be fine if you were leaving on an early flight though or if not a light sleeper like my partner who slept through the 4am ish noises.

Great location and great hosts

Nice and close to train station. Hosts were great at letting us drop our bags there when we arrived early and letting us leave them there to collect later on our last day. Room was lovely and big and clean with drinks in a small fridge in the room too as well as a communal coffee area.

Fine for a short stay.

Basic but comfortable and clean. Decent sized room for a reasonable price. Free mini bar was a nice addition.

We could hear the other guests very clearly in the morning. Would recommend property puts safety deposit boxes in rooms. Luggage storage was just leaving bags in the common kitchen.

Unfortunately the dyno rod man came to unblock drains etc when we came back to the room so was really noisy for a fair while but no fault of owner .

Really modern, clean and large room with free water and soft drinks in the mini bar. Great to be able to use a kitchen. Free coffee and tea. Close to the train station. Easy check-in procedure. Great AC and WiFi.

Excellent stay

Excellent location only a few minutes walking to the train station so perfect for exploring the region. Pisa's highlights are withing walking distance. The area felt very safe. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Shower was really good and the place was kept very clean. Good hairdryer in the room. Complimentary drinks in the fridge (thank you)! Check in was easy with a code to a keybox and clear instructions from Samuele. There's also a cozy common area where you can make yourself a cup of coffee in the morning.

It was ok-ish. But definitely will look for something else if we return to Pisa.

Location was ok, next to the train station and close to the city centre. No breakfast was served. The triple room was pretty spatious and clean, the location was very quiet.

The beds have awful matresses, we had quite poor sleep. The other rooms were very noisy, particulary the one next to us, loud laughing and screaming, loud music, until 3-4 in the morning(this is not necessarily the host's fault). If you want to leave your luggage for a few hours, you cand only do this in the kitchen , which is practically the entrance and shared space with the other guests and this is not safe at all.

You get what you pay for

Beds were comfortable, and room was reasonably clean. Very spacious apartment, right next to the train station. Host was helpful with check in and local recommendations. AC was good.

Room wasn’t the cleanest- scum outside of the shower, and stains along the walls in the room and bathroom. Instead of a full mattress, it was 2 twins pushed together. Neighborhood isn’t the best, considering it’s right next to the train station. The are smells like sulfur and our room had a pungent air freshener that was like a wall of perfume when walking in. Also the walls are very thin, I was awoken multiple times by people coming in around 1:00-2:00 AM. The lights were fluorescent white, felt like a hospital.

Location one street away from train station. Super clean. Access to a fully equipped kitchen (shared between the 3 guest rooms). Mini fridge in room.

One night visit

Central location and near the station.

The system to gain entry relied on us having a mobile phone signal which we didn't have. It would have been better to do what was necessary a day or two before arrival rather than leaving it until 11am on the arrival day. The area and street of the hotel is not attractive. Having no staff present meant we had no help or advice. We would not come again.

Very clean room! We arrived after midnight. The check in was easy. We got clear instructions on how to do it. The location was also very convenient as it’s close to Pisa train station. We only stayed for one night, but it was worth staying here!

Location was good, very close to rail station, city center.

Disliked · A small room, located on the ground floor by the street. You can not open windows and curtains in the room, you have to keep the light on all day. Small bathroom, mold on the walls. Very small, uncomfortable, rusty shower. Rust on the door handle in the bathroom. Blocked sink drain. Stains on curtains and bedspreads, hole in the sheet. In the room very intense air fresheners, as if they were to cover the unpleasant smell. No remote control air conditioning in the kitchen. The place needs refurbishment. I do not recommend.

No person on-site to greet us but communications were easy and very efficient. Excellent location to train but quiet, sparkling clean and 5-6 mins by taxi to airport. Their recommended restaurant was one of the best meals we’ve had since arriving in Italy 3 days ago.

Exceptional quality for reasonable price

This little hotel is very close to the train station and in walkable distance from the main attractions of the city. The personel was extremely nice and friendly. Tha room and the shared kitchen were very clean and tidy. Would definitely choose this place again when in Pisa.

Okay stay for one night

The location was good as it’s close to the train station. The check in process was straight forward. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

There wasn’t any running hot water which meant we put off showering and/or had to shower in cold water which wasn’t nice. Although things seemed generally clean there were a lot of black hairs missed, this was the case in the bedroom and bathroom.
