B&B La Stella

Outstanding little place ideally situated next to the main rail station and close to Pisa's main thoroughfare. For what we paid it is fantastic. Complimentary coffee and tea and a little voucher that gets you coffee and a pastry at a nearby cafe for breakfast. We also received a very warm welcome and were able to leave our bags in the room from 11am! Add to this complimentary toiletries and a gratis mini bar and Im not sure why you'd go anywhere else if staying just a night or two. The bath towels were fabulously soft and everything here was better. than our hotel in Florence that cost us three times as much. An extra bonus is that the shuttle to the airport is five minutes away so perfect for arriving or departing for abroad.

Check in times are interesting but suited us perfectly as we arrived at 11am and were able to check in immediately.

Excellent location close to Pisa station. Great communication from Samuele from booking to arrival, including allowing us to check in later if needed. Nothing was too much trouble and he ensured we had everything we needed and more.

Absolutely nothing, great value.

Perfect location just a couple of minutes walk from the station and 5 minute walk from decent bar/restaurants. Very easy check in with a lock box. Free tea and coffee in common area and plenty of toiletries. Bonus was the free mini bar with coke/water etc. Quiet road.

Would be nice if there was some privacy opaque glass on the bedroom window as it was on the ground floor overlooking the road and people occasionally walked past. We kept the curtains half closed.

Location was great.

Too many mosquitoes in the room and bedding was itchy
