Location near the station amd main attraction’s

Room spacious and clean.

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable It was possible to make coffee or tea. We could walk to the leaning tower.

Check-in wasn't okay. We couldn't check in before 4:15 PM because the host had an urgent matter. Of course, that can happen, but when we arrived at the agreed-upon time, the host wasn't there and didn't answer our texts or calls. It wasn't pleasant to be standing in front of a closed gate. We went for a drink and finally, around 5:00 PM, his daughter called us and told us we could check in.

I think if you change the frame of the window by PVC frame, it will be 10/10.

Clean, private bathroom, good bed and the host is very kind, AC working well.

Too noisy(cars), difficult to sleep even at night, as the house is located just next to an important entry point to Pisa. The wood frame of the window let too much noise enter in the room. Please note this is the only negative point, the rest is 10/10.

Good practical option to visit Pisa center when by car and on a budget

The location is great go visit Pisa on foot - in particular the Pisa Tower is 5 minutes walking. The room was clean and with all amenities, there is even a common kitchen that can be used. It's a good option for the price. It is quite easy oto reach by car and there is parking (paying) in the street nearby (not provided by the hotel, but we found it with no problem).

The room at night was very noisy due to the traffic and people up late in the main street. Not recommended for light sleepers.

Lovely space and very close to the leaning tower.

The host sent us his whatsapp number in advance, which made it very easy to communicate . He waited for us as we were checking in late after 6pm. The neighborhood was safe. There are supermarkets closeby. Walkable distance to the attractions and train station. The rooms and the linen was very clean.

Wonderful staff, perhaps the owner, very kind and helpful…,excellent location with the Tower complex a block away…a lovely group kitchen with stove and refrigerator and coffee and basics for simple pasta dinner. Nice outdoor space with a table outside our room

The bed was pretty terrible, we both had bckqches in the morning, old mattress….and the floors Of the room made my feet dirty if I took off my shoes.

Great value, superb location, good facilities.

Tea, coffee, creamer and sugar provided in room and also in the kitchen. Chocolate filled croissants were an added bonus. A bottle of water and a kettle were most welcome. The room was huge and had air con and a ceiling fan. The showeroom was superb - body wash/shampoo and a hairdryer were provided. The location was just a few minutes walk from the Leaning Tower, shops, restaurants and cafes. An amazing place at an affordable price.

The room I has was at the front and it was a tad noisy at night and light from headlights cars came through the curtains - but these are v minor issues.

A place with character and close to historical sights

The owner is very welcoming and shows you around the apartment including access to a fully equipped kitchen. Room was large. I loved the location, right next to a busy roundabout, full of noise and interest. It did get quiet from 11pm to 7am so sleep was not a problem. The location is excellent for the historical sights. It was possible to safely park a motorcycle on the pavement outside the front gate.

Cabinet and side bed desk are dusty. And should have aircon as the temperature is high, really hot during our stay. Can not open the window at night, insects and bugs will get in.

The location is perfect. 5 mins walking from the tower and waking distance to literally all the town. Check-in and communication were super easy and smooth and they took care that we had everything we needed. Room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Exceptional

Good value for money . We were surprised that there is a shared kitchen and Nespresso Pixie capsule coffee machine available to guests. Very close to Pisa Cathedral and Leaning Tower (3mins walk). Very friendly owner. There is a very large supermarket Pam opposite the building. There is a train station 2mibs away that will take you to Lucca (26min travel time for 3.50 EUR) - which we recommend as a day trip if you are coming to Pisa for 2.5-3 days.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Great location from the tower - 5 min. Big supermarket opposite has everything you need. Train station (San Rossore)can be accessed beside the supermarket. Great for getting to Pisa Centrale station (4 mins) without having to walk which takes about 30 mins. Florence and other towns can be accessed from this station. Coffee machine (all day) and bottled water available compliments of the owner. Fully equipped kitchen. Bed comfortable. Would definately return again if I wanted to see other towns and use this as a base. I couldn't fault it.

Only one thing was the noise from the busy road at night and early morning. It does quieten down from about 11pm on though. I was in the front of the building. Maybe ask for a room at the back if you want quieter.

Great base to stay

This place has everything you need for a nice stay in Pisa - also if you come here for work, like me. Free parking is possible across the street, a very good supermarket, copy shops, lavanderias and many nice restaurants in this well-located house make it a perfect base. The room has everything you need (good beds!) and it is great to have a kitchen for longer stays. We slept very well despite the noisy street.

Very central, easy to reach. Room is spacious and clean.

Our room (with garden view) was quite noisy because of the numerous cars on the road till late night. Mosquitoes did not let us enjoy a good night sleep. It’s OK for a 1-2 day stay, I would not recommend any longer

Big rooms really close to the city center, right outside the ZTL.

Huge room right next to the city center. The bathroom is also very big, and you get a key to it. Nice owners. Good blue lines parking spaces very close by.

There was a smoke smell in the room which imprinted on the clothes hanging in the room. There is noise coming from the street, as it faces the street on two sides.
