Room was spacious and clean. The host was attentive and patiently waited for our arrival as we had to change the arrival time several times. He also allowed us to store our luggage after check out.
The front desk was not always attended and some patrons had to wait for the host to arrive before checking in.

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable It was possible to make coffee or tea. We could walk to the leaning tower.
Check-in wasn't okay. We couldn't check in before 4:15 PM because the host had an urgent matter. Of course, that can happen, but when we arrived at the agreed-upon time, the host wasn't there and didn't answer our texts or calls. It wasn't pleasant to be standing in front of a closed gate.
We went for a drink and finally, around 5:00 PM, his daughter called us and told us we could check in.
