V good budget-traveller B&B 25-minutes walk to tower

Good welcome and introduction to room and keys and doors and kitchen by a lady that was cleaning the house, all in Italian which I don't speak, but it basically made sense. Very good kitchen set up, other people cooked in the evening. Very good breakfast setup. Nice sized and fully working en-suite bathroom. 25 minutes stroll to that tower. WiFi worked well.

No wardrobe in room. No shelf in shower to put things on. Bed okay, but sheet came untucked in the night. Breakfast self-serve. Nothing major.

Very disappointing service.

The room was clean and tidy.

The owner was very disrespectful, the air conditioning was turned off every night and evening. When we informed about it not working he got really mad, yelled at us at the phone accusing us of liars and of spending too much electricity. He turned it on again for one hour before it turned off again. You are only allowed to use it at 26 degrees, but even then he would turn it off anyway. The room is VERY noisy, you can hear everything happening in the other rooms, and if you're not planning to wake up early, the breakfast hour will wake you up anyway. It was very hard sleeping with the window open because you can hear everything from the street as well. Would not go back.

Not great

Location was very well suited. The B&B was in a residential neighborhood and felt quite safe. There were a lot of mosquitoes though!

1. Host: communication with the host was extremely bad. They were not supportive and available when they said that we should reach out to them whenever we have a problem. They were also quite rude. They declined my phone calls several times regarding a emergency problem with the AC. 2. Shared bathroom: the B&B does not mention on their page itself that the apartment is shared. Only after booking you see the shared bathroom facility. 3. AC: the AC was controlled by the host via wifi. So we didn't have anything in hand. Many times the AC failed and we had to reach out to the host, again and again. 4. The Airbnb os more a shared apartment and the breakfast included was more like a snack with vending machines. 5. Beds: the mattress was sagging where you sleep and the pillows were very thin. When you're in your 20s, no problem. But for us this was uncomfortable.

Was watched remotely so we couldn't set the AC to the tempature we wanted. The landlord who wasn't even there was extremely rude true whatsApp that we changed the setting and then turned the AC completely off so our child or we could sleep during the night cause it's was so warm. The pictures of the breakfast included some fruits but there were only cakes and cookies in plastic bags. Stay away from this B&B

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. To begin with we arrived to the room being seemingly uncleaned with glass shattered across the floor. Same thing with the bathroom where we found glass in the shower as well. I tried communicating our complaints to the owner but he just read my message and left no response. To add it was in a bad location far from the city, the “breakfast” consisted of a few crackers and the price for such a place was way over the top. Never book here!!

Quiet, nice, comfortable for an overnight stay.

The location was in a quiet place in Pisa. Everything that you may need is in a 10 minute walk. Comfortable beds and quiet neighbours, exactly what is necessary for a good night sleep.

If we take a look at it from the price point, there is nothing better for the same price anywhere else (compared to the places we looked at). But it would be nice to have a bit more options for breakfast :)

Overall it was a decent stay for the price.

The location was nice. The kitchen and the room was also very good. I also give bonus points for the stafff for giving us a detailed description on how to get to get inside our rooms in the middle of the night on our own.

Unfortunately the bed was a matress on top of 2 single beds pushed together. This made the bed very soft. Felt like sleeping in a marshmallow. This is not necessarily a problem for everyone, up for preference. The shower door was a little moldy, and the water went down the drain slowly, so we had to hurry with the shower, so it would not overflow.

It was a good place, with great staff, very near the leaning tower. the only problem was the cleanliness of the room and especially the duvet, and no real breakfast. I would go to this place again! Grazie.

That was the worst booking i’ve ever been to.

20 minutes walk to train station

Horrible room with mold on walls, dirty beds, broken shower base, without toilet paper, bedclothes and unfortunetly many more… It was freezing cold at nights there even if the weather was good. „Breakfast” were some cookies in plastic bags and cereals that were probably standing there for months. Pictures on the booking site are showing something diffrent… We were waiting for an hour for some informations about our check-in, but noone was answering our calls so what was the purpose of asking us which time do we arrive? They send a message after that time Like nothing happened. All pictures from this place are a big Scam!

20 minutes walk to city center

It was very cold in the room, the owner did not give us any supplementary blankets when asked. Breakfast was poor, there were expired things in the fridge. Bathroom was really dirty, we went to the store and bought sanitizer in order to use it.

Good stay for the money, but !!

Good comfortable stay

Kitchen utensils like the kettle were dirty with milk remains. There is not curtains or blinds in the room so that you can see street lights all the time and difficult.to sleep. You have to pay 1.5€ per day per person for every night you stay which was not mentioned before. The room is not sound proof. You cannot talk loudly and you will always hear noise from other rooms The location was a bit far away from the city and is very empty and quiet during night to walk which was a bit terrifying. You need to depend on public transport to reach the pisa central ( more than 30 mins walk to central)

Bad Experience 👎

It's only close to the Pisa tower and quite far away from the city center, train station and airport so overall not a good location.

They wrote that check in time is from 12:00 to 00:00 but in reality no one lives there and make you wait for long hours on the road. I had to wait for 1.5 hours outside on the road with traffic with luggage and my 2 years old child and husband even after getting confirmation from the host for check in time between 12:00-13:00 and I reached at the property at 12:15 and the staff person came around 13:45 and she can not speak English. She said that room is not ready and will take 30 more minutes. Owner was only available only phone call (he didn't pick up phone everytime). He was very loud and not very nice when I informed him that I am waiting at his property, can you open the door and he said that you have to wait for one hour as no one is there at the moment. There were mosquitoes in the room and some towels in the room were dirty (clearly room was not ready and staff can only manage to fold the used towels within 30 minutes after our check-in). Breakfast is included but its not fresh breakfast (only packed biscuits & croissants with some small butter and jam packets and no fresh bread or eggs). Washroom is shared and not very clean.

The location was okay. The room had a good connection for me because I needed to work. There was space and silence to work properly.

Even tough the facilities were there, I felt it was bad to have the door unlocked all the time. People from outside could not get in the room without keys but the could get the kitchen and the bathroom without having any key, that felt a little unsafe.

The hostel is located near the main attractions of Pisa as the leaning tower and close to the city centre.

Breakfast - I mean you can't really call it breakfast, just few slices of bread, some cheese in the fridge and biscuits left.

Comfy and clean but needs updating and better thought to the facilities. Like student accommodation!

A good location - a 20 minute pleasant walk into the centre. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very basic and self service - including the washing up - but was OK.

Terrible first impression walking through a barren garden, past a dirty bin and through the shared kitchen to the bedroom. Nobody there to greet us. This is a shared facility with only one bathroom, so very long waits. The first night the other guests were very noisy. It felt like student accommodation.

Waste of money

It was big hassle going round and round to find the receptionist, couldn’t find anyone than one of another guest told me that I have to contact the owner it’s a self check service that i contact the owner and follow the procedures what he told me in the message

Through out my stay could not meet any receptionist and could not get any breakfast I don’t know how i made a mistake that i could not check that this property is sharing toilet
