Clean place, comfy bed. Bus stop is 2blocks away, and by walking you can be in tower in some minutes. Shared toilet is clean and modern.
People talking in other rooms and using the toilet can be heard, so I woke up several times at night. Nextdoor guest talked on the phone loudly until 1.30 in the morning, which was disturbing. Wouldn’t recommend to cook there or have breakfast so as not to bother other guests.

A short walk, 5 mins, from the Pisa Rissore train station. 10-15 min walk to Tower of Pisa. A very nice grocery store is right beside the train station.
No complaints but understand that there are 3 rooms and you share the toilet and kitchen with the other rooms. We had no issues with other guests.
