The location is great, and everything is clean and tidy, just like in the pictures.
The only thing I didn’t like was the noise. We stayed in a room next to the shared bathroom, so we could hear noise during the night, which was a bit disturbing.

Really close to the leaning tower of Pisa, staff were friendly and responded really quick, very accommodating to late checkout and bag storage, organised fridge and kitchen, clean bathroom with lots of products.

It was very clean, the room was spacious, and the availability of a fridge/kitchen was nice. The air conditioning worked very well and cooled the room fast. The host was very accommodating, letting us check in early and letting us store our luggage all afternoon after check out. The communication was clear and fast.
The kettle had quite some calcium buildup, with some vinegar its an easy fix :)
