Location,, 5 mins walk to the airport. Across the road, under the bridge and it's the first block building on the right.

This place is fantastic, clean and modern. There's a shop that sells all sorts including very tasty pastries and a burger cafe that sells outstanding burgers, both places are 30 seconds walk from the apartment block.

Small room. Not allowed to open the window. The cleaner came 1h before the check out deadline and we have not had privacy for morning coffee. The building above or around is noisy. In general, not worthy the price.

Location is easy with airport next door, not really for visiting center of Pisa. Great communication with host. Flexible. Very clean. Good to know: very close to the highway so a lot of noise.

Blinds were broken, so a lot of light comes in. Toilets and shower made a really hard and frightening noise, we don't think that was normal, and smell of sewer, maybe because it is an old building. The bed was a sleeping couch (we didn't know) so not very comfortable, especially in the middle of the bed, big hole, but ok for one night. (And a neighbour with a dog barking at night, but that is difficult to do something about it, we know ;))

2 weeks ago we had appartment no. 2, the beds where fine there. This time we had appartment no. 1 . The bed was terrible. It was a broken sleep couch with a ditch.

We were not told how to check in before we arrived. We were very stressed and worried and had to make multiple phone-calls before someone phoned us back and told us how to self check in. This should have been done beforehand rather than having us wait outside for a considerable period of time.

It was so close to the airport so great location - just a few minutes away. The little kitchen room with fridge was great to make breakfast.

Great overnight stop, alone, on a budget

Location is perfect for a quick overnight before flying the following morning. Facilities are limited which suited me fine as it was a quick overnight stay. Instructions on how to find the property and also how the keys work were superb.

Ideal for an early or late flight from Pisa airport.

Location excellent, as a solo female traveler needing to be at Pisa airport for 4am I wanted somewhere as close and as safe as possible to walk there. It took only a few minutes and I felt very safe walking at that time in the morning. Eugenio phoned to welcome me unfortunately I missed his calls, but he sent a video with very clear check In instructions, my room was spotless and had everything I needed . The shared kitchen was also spotless with tea/coffee fridge and utensils if you wanted to eat/cook, I didn’t as there are places to eat just a few minutes walk on the same side of the accommodation.

Very short walk to the airport! The room was super cozy and clean, and there was even a shared kitchen with a fridge and everything! There was a bakery, restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The host was very helpful and let us leave the bags in our room before check in.

The bed was very hard, so my body was sore when waking up. But that seems to be standard in southern Europe so it’s not their fault.

Looks much nicer than images on website. We’ll set out and clean, with access to balcony and nice coffee machine for the morning. Perfect stay less than 10 minutes walk from airport, and good friendly local restaurants.

Although motorway and airport are near, windows as good and the noise level is fine - this was the only down-side, and was well managed.

Superb

We chose to stay at Dal Ciandri for one night as we had a 4am flight the next morning. The room was clean, it had a great shower. There were tea and coffee making facilities in a shared kitchen, which was so clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, cutlery and crockery. There was a huge fridge and even an oven. Friendly staff greeted us on arrival. It took us 5 minutes to cross the road and into Pisa airport the next morning.

there was noise all night and no one took action . called here emergency but no one pick up the call in the night . could not sleep for 2 nights. the kitchen was useless and locked . there was not even a coffee kept in a room with such high price . no was this is a 3 star.
