Terrible experience

We like the location…nothing else !

We had an awful stay at this apartment. When we arrived, the place was extremely dirty…far from what was shown in the pictures. Communication with the host was also a nightmare – slow responses and very little help when we tried to address the issues. On top of that, the front door to the building didn’t lock, which meant that random people were constantly coming in and out. It felt completely unsafe.

Great place to stay

Comfortable and very clean and well set out . The breakfast and kitchen area were well stocked . This is in a great place to explore the city not far from public transport as well . Seems perfect for both solo travellers and family . I will definitely be looking at visiting and staying again

Avoid if you can

Location is great but that's about it.

The keys to the rooms all fit doors to the other rooms so there is zero security, the night I stayed I returned to my room to find a different guest had let themselves into my room. It was completely unstaffed. Also the lift didn't work and was not advised of this (apartment is on the 3rd floor). The bed I slept in felt like it was going to fall apart and the window blinds did not function.

Breakfast consisted of packaged snacks, yogurt cereal and some fresh fruit. Complicated coffee maker.

The third floor location and no reception, though the manager did show up quickly after I phoned.

The location was definitely the highlight of this property.

The location was amazing. The rooms were new and clean.

The air conditioners in the bedroom and the common room were not emitting cold air which left all the rooms very hot.

It was clean and in a great location. Spacious room and pleasant, light breakfast.

Lift didn’t appear to work from the ground floor and after climbing 3 flights of stairs on arrival it wasn’t clear that the hotel was even there as work going on outside the door with a big ladder etc. across the door. We managed to get the lift from floor 1 though and then found our way in. No staff around but found our room, later confirmed via email so after initial concerns, all turned out well :-)

most aweful & unsafe and falsely advertised

the moment I managed to get back outside alive and felt like I had avoided something bad happening to me

never stay here! terrible not as described and not suitable for even a backpacker. was so bad and felt unsafe and feared for my life. false advertising completely and misleading . single bed in room with cables hanging and some dump in the room next door. even the elevator is small and feels like you’re about to get into trouble . it’s on the river and there are lots of people and loud music so even with windows closed it is very loud and can hear everything. anyone can walk into building off street as it’s open and no security or access control. no one there to welcome you , you get a message on booking.com from the owner with instructions to just walk in and go to third floor of an abandoned looking building and key is in the door so I was even frightened going in to room as I arrived at 9:15pm and it was pitch black no lights until I found the light switch and carefully checked the room and under the bed incase someone in the room. outside the room there is a huge curtain and it is a huge abandoned space which looks like a huge storage area and anyone could be hiding in there as it was dark and I could imagine drug pushers or homeless hiding in there it was so creepy. I left immediately and booked somewhere else for the night at a premium ! there was no-one in the building to speak to - I was the only person (female)in the building and literally felt like I could go missing here or get attacked an no one would know ! I asked for a refund as I literally felt unsafe there and they have refused to refund €93! what an absolute waste of money I work hard for. I am a genius 3 level frequent traveler and have never experienced something like this!

Struttura trascurata e con pochissima attenzione per l'ospite

La posizione centrale è comoda per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della città

Prenotato una matrimoniale ed una singola per la mia mamma (sembrava un loculo per quanto era piccola). Ho trovato entrambe le stanze molto trascurate, il letto della singola rifatto in maniera veramente vergognosa (il lenzuolo lasciato piegato a metà ed una copertina gettata malamente sopra) mentre quello della matrimoniale rifatto malamente e munito di una semplice copertina estiva (e pensare che siamo in gennaio). L'illuminazione in entrambe le stanze era veramente insufficiente e senza punti luce vicino ai letti. Nella stanza matrimoniale abbiamo trovato persino una lampadina fulminata! I climatizzatori di entrambe le stanze erano rotti (nella matrimoniale hanno lasciato una rumorosa stufetta elettrica mentre nella singola nemmeno quella c'era!). La doccia nella matrimoniale era pressoché impossibile da fare poiché il soffione risultava rotto e spruzzava acqua ovunque! Il portarotolo in bagno pieno di ruggine...porta doccia da sostituire! La cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio tuttavia è stato un rumore intermittente (tipo quello di un trapano) che andava e veniva ad intervalli di pochi minuti ripetendosi a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte... insopportabile! Non vale il prezzo pagato...nessuna attenzione per gli ospiti... Impossibile non accorgersi di tutte le mancanze presenti!

Sapete cosa aspettarvi...

- La posizione è buona - Il costo non era eccessivo (circa 52€ per una notte)

- Stanza fredda (viaggiando a fine Novembre). C'era un condizionatore per il riscaldamento ma non faceva molto anche tenendolo acceso a lungo... il bagno era privo di qualsaisi forma di riscaldamento e gli infissi essendo vecchi facevano entrare l'aria fredda, per cui di notte/mattina il bagno era freddissimo. Nonostante il freddo, il lenzuolo fornito per il letto era molto leggero. Era presente una coperta/plaid dalla dubbia pulizia, almeno - Water che perdeva, rumore tutta la notte - Pareti sottili, ogni volta che arrivava qualcuno fuori dalla stanza era come se fosse dentro - Stanza decisamente vecchia e arrangiata (il bagno è più grande della stanza in se, per qualche motivo)

Nada, por ser algo positiva la ubicación.

Que hiciera mucho frío además íbamos con niños… no había agua caliente.. llamamos varias veces al teléfono y nadie lo cogía.. había algún bicho en las camas o algo y vamos llenos de granos ( cara y cuerpo). No volvería jamás allí

L'endroit, le logement est très bien placé, je ne pensais pas qu'il était à proximité de tout. Juste à côté de la rue commerçante, près du pont, à 15 minutes de la tour.

Le petit point négatif est qu'il n'y avait pas de rideaux dans la salle de bain.

Pequeño pero confortable

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo pero tranquilo, con buena conexión de autobuses muy cerca. La habitación es pequeña pero con lo necesario, el baño genial. Por poner una pega la escalera de la litera es un poco incómoda pero nada importante.

PESSIMO, SCONSIGLIATO, maleducazione

La posizione in centro

Eravamo 7 persone e nella famigliare dove ero io mia moglie e i miei 3 bimbi anziché set di biancheria x 5 persone l’ho trovato solo x4 e vabbè…. Saponi 4 x 5 persone e vabbè Sulla prenotazione c’era anche la colazione a buffet e invece non è vero perché non c’è nessuna colazione…. Nella camera famigliare (Galilei) c’è il condizionatore che non funziona E un pinguino che non fa aria e in più ti costringe a tenere la finestra messa aperta x mettere il tubo fuori, un enorme quantità di zanzare che i miei bimbi sono stati punti tutta la notte e non hanno neanche dormito x il caldo… Alla mia richiesta di poter cambiare camera la risposta della signora proprietaria è stata “non possiamo cambiare camera se volete andate via e vi ridiamo i soldi” Professionalità 0 spaccato.. LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE grande maleducazione e mal servizio, Ho avuto un incontro anche con un altro cliente di un altro camera che non sapeva quale camera fosse la sua e la proprietaria non rispondeva neanche alle sue chiamate, spero che finirà in fondo nelle ricerche!! Ah dimenticavo laniccia e polvere dietro la tv, asciugamani (2 sporchi) doccia che perde acqua dai lati Muffa sui muri sotto il letto matrimoniale! Pessimo

Posizione perfetta. Stanza e bagno gradevoli nei colori e negli arredi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque molto buono.

La pulizia non eccezionale: alcuni capelli in bagno, avanzi di un tralcio d'uva su una sedia. L'aria condizionata non è regolabile, né in temperatura né in potenza; considerate le notti afose del periodo é stato un grosso discomfort.
