Just around the corner from the leaning tower, super quiet, air conditioning was brilliant, shower pressure was ok

Nothing, it was nice to have a garden that you could use if you wanted to, only one slight criticism would be there was a buzzing noise that kept happening, but it didn’t disturb or keep me awake, just couldn’t work out where it was coming from

Exceptional location, 2 min walk to to Piazza dei Miracoli, just down a side alley from Grand Hotel Duomo and 10 min walk to the river, Borgo Stretto & Piazza Garibaldi. Elisabetta was a fantastic host, extremely welcoming and only a whatapp message away, if needed - she kindly arranged our early morning taxi ride back to the airport (€20). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and we appreciated the separate sink/fridge/utensils area. The aircon worked really well and made it a welcoming space in the hottest of days. The garden area is lovely to sit in after a long day and the 2 cats were very friendly. More air bnb feel than hotel, secure code to access the front door and then key to the room. Would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The only slight issue we had was that the bed was a little firm for our liking, but that is just personal taste.

Great contact with Elizabeth, she came to meet us and answer questions. Located 3 minutes from the tower and the 5 minutes from the center. We had a little garden to take apéritif outside, very quiet. Facilities are well equipped. There is a safe. The room is large enough, I would say 18 square meters. It's a very quiet place in the middle of all the things you want to see. It's 15 minutes by walk from the train station Pisa Rossore, so very convenient, you don't even have to take a cab. AC works well.

Bed is a bit firm.
