Relais Pacinotti is a little paradise.

Wonderful location and superb staff. Relais Pacinotti is a short walk to the Leaning Tower and steps to many wonderful restaurants and sites. Elisabetta was gracious and helpful. We especially enjoyed to courtyard with its lemon and orange trees, and the two cats who we befriended.

For us, the bed was a little bit hard. Perhaps for others it would be OK.

Perfect apartment in the centre and fantastic host

We really enjoyed our stay in this centro storico apartment, which is in building with great history. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The garden was really nice. The location was perfect – just a short walk to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops. The host Elisabetta was amazing, very friendly and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more pleasant. We’d be happy to recommend it to all our friends and be back for sure!

A gem in the heart of Pisa

We really liked the location, the garden with the turtle and trees. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Elisabetta was very kind and we would recommend the place to anybody who will come to Pisa.

The only downside is that there is high humidity in the house and you would need to keep the windows open to air it out, but given that it’s an old building you can’t really do anything about it.

Close to the centre of Pisa. Host very helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

Wouldn’t say like - not all the sockets were compatible with the adapter. Some were only 2 pin and were unable to use. As we arrived late the shops were closed so we were unable to get milk to have tea/coffee with the facilities available. However would not put me off staying again. Highly recommend .

Excellent location, great spacious comfy room spotlessly clean, fantastic host Elizabetta was very helpful and accommodating, if and when we go back to Pisa Relais Pacinotti rooms will be our first choice of accommodation

Excellent place to stay to get to know Pisa

Host greeted us on arrival with a list of recommended places for food, etc. Love that the home had local history, named after the inventor who lived there over 150 years ago, Antonio Pacinotti. Spacious room was very nice, new and clean and in a great location with an outside courtyard area to sit and relax. The room had a coffee maker, kettle and refrigerator but would have been nice to have a microwave to reheat our left overs. Also, there is no TV, but not really an issue.

Only to have a microwave in the room. Also, slight smoke from the courtyard through our window, but not really an issue, that's just the way it is.

Fantastic hidden gem in Pisa

Excellent location close to everything and it’s really quiet. Room was spacious immaculate and very comfortable.Our host Elizabetta was friendly and welcoming and was great to communicate with. We loved our stay here. Also loved the patterned floor and the garden along with a turtle was very pleasant.

Beautiful property in a great location. We loved our room and it was wonderful to have a coffee on the terrace in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We made friends with the resident tortoise too! Elisabetta was a wonderful hostess. She recommended great local restaurants and was always quick to respond to questions. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Pisa.

An enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay.

We loved our stay at the Pacinotti Rooms, our room was very comfortable and stylish, the location was fantastic. Very close to the Leaning Tower yet so relaxing with our room opening up to a beautiful enclosed garden area. Our host, Elisabetta, was friendly and helpful and provided us an insight to Pisa that enhanced our stay. We would highly recommend the Pacinotti Rooms.

A perfect tuscan stay

The apartment is just gorgeous. It was very big, clean and with all facilities included. It is part of a historical building and it manages to be modern and very funtional without compromising on the authentic look. The bathroom is big as well, gives spa-like space and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment has a little coffee machine and a teapot, which you can make for yourself and enjoy in the garden. The main attraction is the private interior garden with lemons and oranges. A turtle resides in the garden, so look for it if you check in. Elisabeta, the host, is lovely. She is very welcoming and has a warm smile.

It is a very nice location. It is situated near center, about 200 m from the Leaning Tower and all the other important attractions. The room is large, nice docorated and as a bonus has a very big dressing and a coffee machine. There is also a quiet garden, but unfortunatelly we didn’t get to use it that much. The host is a lovely person, very friendly and understanding.

We had the great pleasure of staying here for two nights, the room is beautiful, spotlessly clean with extras such as a coffee machine and kettle which we made use of. The best thing about this stay for us was Elisabetta, she is very welcoming and gave us a map of the area with recommendations which was very helpfull. I would have no hesitation of recommending Relais Pacinotti Rooms and also the location couldn't be better.

A serene place with history, in the middle of a busy famous city.

The location, the bathroom and the serene yard in the middle of a busy city. I felt so at rest in this wonderfull place. The hostes gave me great inside tips for cafés, restaurants. If felt like coming home. If I knew it was this nice, I would have stayed longer. And there is a turtois in the yard, a lot of fruit trees.

In the yard there were a lot of mosquitos, but at all the places where you could sit where anty mosquito sprays! So they took care of it.

The room was in an great location in the centre of Pisa and walking distance from all of the main sights. Elisabetta was lovely and very helpful. She gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat.
