It is in a great central location, walking distance from the tower and good restaurants. The girl at reception was really helpful and booked us a taxi as we had a very early flight

It can be improved.

It is well located.

There is no heating, only an air conditioner to use on the "heat" function, which is not enough to heat the room. There's no duvet, just a blanket, and in my case, only one, since I was sharing the room with another person. There's a kettle in the room, but no cups. It doesn't have carpet as advertised on Booking.com at the time of my reservation. I understand the hotel is 3 stars, but that's the bare minimum. I've stayed in more upscale 2-star hotels before.

Great location for a short stay in Pisa, close to bars and restaurants and at reasonable walking distance from the main attractions

It’s clean and clearly managed with care, but a general renovation of the furniture and of the bathroom could really help in making a step up in the quality of the stay.

Good location

Perfect location. Close to the leaning tower of Pisa. In the old town. The ladies in reception were nice. The room was clean every day. A very nice lady in reception offered to hold the luggage before check-in as we were 2 hours before check-in.

Kettle but no cups in the room so I asked in reception and a plastic one was given. No bin in the room to throw rubbish so I needed to use a small rubbish bin in the bathroom for all rubbish. No spoon etc. Gent at the time of check-in asked me to wait as he was reading the handover from the other shift. Wasn't too friendly when I asked for the plastic cups as they still were not in the room the following day.

Great location, nice staff, but could be better

The location is fantastic, it's central yet quiet as possible. The staff is nice, especially the young woman that was working when we arrived, and her English was excellent. The rooms are cute and walls are very strong so you mostly don't hear your neighbors. Air conditioning was working perfectly.

I don't mind the old furniture but some of it really could be changed (that old closet!). Also they only have Italian TV channels.

Dirty and disgusting hotel. Not recommended.

Very close to Pisa tower which was the only good thing about this hotel.

There were terrible experiences. Hairs were found on the bed, and behind my kid's bed, there was some dirty mucus on the wall. Disgusting. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not clean. There were insects on the beds.

Very basic hotel. If you just want a bed in Pisa, this could be it.

The location was great - 17 minutes walk from the station, 11 minutes walk to Pisa tower. The receptionist gave us a recommendation for a simple restaurant around the corner and the food was delicious which we really appreciated as we feel we've had a lot of "tourist food" so far.

The wifi just did not work, there was no stable connection so we couldn't research anything for the following day. The rooms were dark and very basic and there was a lot of noise from the street (alleyway) outside. The beds were creaky and noisy every time we moved.

We had a small but comfortable room for one night. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean. Away from Main Streets so relatively quiet.

It’s ok if you just want a bed to sleep at night. Don’t expect much.

The location it’s perfect for the leaning tower, the main train station that takes you all over Italy and the airport. You can even walk to the airport and back. AC in the room works really well. Staff is friendly.

Wifi simply doesn’t reach the rooms. TV is really old and is not connected to any channels. Bed it’s not comfortable, it’s okay to sleep for just one or two nights, nothing more. Room and bathroom felt very dirty. The reception is not available 24hrs. So make sure to get the code for accessing the hotel at night or early mornings.

Cheap, clean and central

The hotel is situated in the heart of Pisa. Close to everything. It is very clean. It has a lift.

We booked a twin. On arrival, we were told we couldn't have one. If we specifically wanted one, we should have told them in writing. Our so-called double was two twins pushed together, so we pulled them apart. I don't understand why the hotel could not have done this. The gentleman on arrival was very helpful to those who spoke Italian. Not so helpful to us. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The fridge didn't work. There was no air filter in the bathroom. It was unplugged.

Fantastic location

Booked a deluxe room and were given a small room with NO window! Bed uncomfortable, two singles pushed together to make a double which moved. Very helpful lady moved us to a standard room.
