Historic building with elegance just a step away from Pizza dei Miracoli

Wonderful ambience in a perfect location. It felt really special & the staff were friendly & very helpful. The room was spacious & peaceful with good bathroom.

The location was top - just a few minutes from Piazza dei Miracoli. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property had the atmosphere of old times - very nice for those who have a thing for history. The room was clean tidy. The breakfast was good - European breakfast and very tasty crostata every day :)

The air conditioning was leaking, due to the extreme hot weather, I suppose. The front yard was not very clean.

Amazing staff and communication, lack of cleanliness and noisy room 2 with external bathroom not being so close.

The self service, the previous contacts through WhatsApp to make sure everything was okay, I really appreciate the staff support. All coordinated communication.

I did not like the room we got. I knew the bathroom would be external but it was a bit far from the room, my room (2) was so close to the street, so We could not sleep properly with all noises around, really unpleasant, it was like ground floor, maybe the others rooms were not so noisy.

Beautiful, quirky, charming B&B in the heart of Pisa. We loved it…

Location was exceptional…minutes away from all the site, including the tower. The breakfast was good, the room was a bit…eccentric but lovely & fascinating. We enjoyed it and the grounds very much. If we visit Pisa agin we will come back.

Fair warning. The bathroom in room 7 wasn’t great. Hardly any water pressure in the shower and the toilet was in a very awkward location. I know Italy is notorious for bad water pressure but this was really bad. Having said this, we’d still return for a stay at this lovely B&B in Pisa.

Great location and good value for the money.

The location is about 200 meters from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Less than a four minute walk. Located near lots of restaurants and local shopping.

The shower head needed to be replaced and the drain was quite slow. But other than that the on-suite bathroom was large, clean and well appointed.

I will keep this place in mind for my next visits in Pisa.

The room was extremely beautiful, with a frescoed ceiling. The location is fantastic (and definitely one of the main reasons I chose to stay here). Even though I did not have time to enjoy it properly, the garden seemed fantastic.

Being right on the street at ground level meant that a couple of noisy students' groups bothered me during the night. But it was to be expected, given the location in the very centre, and also not that bad, as they moved away in a matter of minutes and I could go back to my sleep.

Parking in Pisa

Very well located, staff member helpful.

I booked here because there was parking, but it cost an extra €9. The room was on a street with a lot of foot traffic, right beside the university. There was noise. Water wasn't provided, as advertised. The shower was hopeless, there was no pressure and no hot water. It's a beautiful building that is not being maintained.

Perfect location - painless visit with no problems

Communication with host was good, including key code access to the property so entering was easy. Very old building with high ceilings and grand decor. Room 7, in which we stayed, was very large, comprising of a bedroom with ensuite facilities, plus living room with doors out onto the garden. Breakfast was provided in the room next door from 8am - 10am and was plentiful. The member of staff on duty to serve breakfast was polite and helpful, also booking a taxi for us on departure. Location is perfect for the leaning tower and surrounding area. Plenty of good restaurants within an easy walk.

Although the room was very grand it was a bit run down and the shower room a bit cramped. I am very tall and couldn't actually sit straight on the toilet due to the location of the shower cubicle.

The location was unbeatable! Such a short walk to the Square of Miracles, and plenty of restaurants and shops Excellent area for our family, wonderful private parking, and private area to walk our dogs. The staff was incredibly patient and helpful, VERY attentive and fast response time

I believe this is because Italian is not my first language, but figuring out the exact way into the parking area was difficult for me. It was through lots of time on the phone, and really trial and error that I figured out how to access parking. My family stayed in the car while I went inside, all around and finally found the correct areas, keys, buttons.

Comfy bed, warm and cosy historical room. Easy check in. Very beautiful garden!

A bit overpriced compared to a lot of places we been to. The sink in the bathroom was stuck so the water only run half way after whole night and the bathroom could be cleaner. Could be at least 1 plastic cup in a room. Not the worst things to stay for a short time.
