Unbelievable authentic experience, it was like from old Italian movies. Location - about 2 min walk from Pisa tower. Huge rooms, hand painted ceilings, authentic parkett floors, comfortable beds, really clean. Very friendly host and her son, truly delicious breakfast in a romantic hall. Pretty garden. We really enjoyed our stay.
A bit dark, more illumination needed, minibars in every room probably, but on the other hand, it was fun that you trust your guests and we can use the only one minibar in the main corridor and leave our money on top.:))))

Excellent location only a few minutes walk from the main attractions, but on a really quiet street away from the tourists.
The best thing, though, is the nature of the B&B - a beautiful, quirky, historic house, with lots of interesting features, and a garden to relax in.
The staff were lovely and friendly, and the breakfast as also good.
A great place to stay.

Wonderful ambience in a perfect location. It felt really special & the staff were friendly & very helpful. The room was spacious & peaceful with good bathroom.

The self service, the previous contacts through WhatsApp to make sure everything was okay, I really appreciate the staff support. All coordinated communication.
I did not like the room we got. I knew the bathroom would be external but it was a bit far from the room, my room (2) was so close to the street, so We could not sleep properly with all noises around, really unpleasant, it was like ground floor, maybe the others rooms were not so noisy.
