Good location and hospitality, even though it didn’t meet any basic expectations.

The Host was very nice as well as the location near the Tower of Pisa.

We did not have hot water for showering. The room was unbearable hot. AC blew out warm/hot air. The room was not clean. Leftover food from last guest. Dirty bathrooms. Was not worth the money.

The toilet seat was missing when we arrived, there was a desk in both rooms which just took up space, the shower head broke too. However Ezra was BRILLIANT and the toilet seat and shower head were fixed immediately with no fuss.

Location, and comfort outstanding fix the issue with plug socket in kitchen and wifi.

The bed itself was really comfy, the location was really good. A USB charging socket was in the room which helped, The room was bright and clean.

The room was on the 2nd floor and no lift, to check in you had to go to the other property further down the street which was never mentioned. The room had a kitchenette including Kettle Sandwich Maker and Microwave, however, these did not work in the plug sockets in the kitchen, 1 plug socket behind the bedside table worked. The wifi that was advertised in the room did not work which resulted in the TV not working also, I did not know if this was the actual room I was in or the entire building, I did not like the idea of having 6 keys to enable access to the room but do not know if this was an Italian thing or not.

It was dated, very poor furnishings and no decor at all. The bed seemed to slant (wasn’t level). Lots of the plug sockets didn’t work, fittings in the bathroom were also broken and there was no toilet paper. The room was quite depressing.

Terrible!

The only thing that is good is the location, very close to the Leaning Tower.

Everything! Was awful! First, we had to wait for check in because nobody was waiting for us - I dont know why we were asked to give approximately arrival time. Young man around 25 y.came finally after 20-30 min waiting outside of the building, he was busy talking on the phone all the time, and the only thing he said was "second floor". Then was in a hurry to ask for the payment of the city tax, no reply to my question about the invoice, left us quickly before to ask essential things. The reservation was for 2 single rooms with bathroom, at the end we had a room with bathroom, and one with use of a not private bathroom. And thats not all.. bugs on the bedsheets when sleep, mosquitos, dirty bedsheets - I started to think how many people slept already there....I didnt even try to use the shower, lucky I got my towels and I didnt need to use those in the room. I travel a lot in Tuscany first time I pay so expensive for so so low quality! I recommend - dont go there! Better save money for a taxi and go to a decent place even iof its far from the Tower! I will never ever try to go there, lucky I had reservation for 1 night. In 2 words - never again!

Decepcionante

La ubicación es lo único destacable, está a pocos pasos de la torre de pisa. Nos guardaron las maletas sin cargo luego del check out para que pudiésemos recorrer.

Reservamos dos habitaciones, una de ellas estaba ubicada en un altillo al cual se debía subir por una escalera incómoda con valijas. Tampoco estaba bien señalizado donde se ubicaba por lo que nos costó encontrarla. Las habitaciones en general tenían mal olor como de encierro y a cigarrillo. No había suficiente ropa de cama para el frío y la que encontramos en los armarios no estaba limpia. Para hacer el check out nos hicieron ir a otro hotel.

Cuarto sucio con tela de araña el aire acondicionado viejo no tiene Netflix, muy incomodo la escalera para subir al cuarto, me quiso cobrar por 3 personas el impuesto y solo somos 2 muy mal servicio para el costo del cuarto de 100 euros más impuestos no lo recomiendo jamás volveré desepsionante , el minibar malogrado

Un incubo senza finestre. Maleodorante e rovente

Eravamo in un sottotetto senza finestre o meglio 3 erano murate ed la sola piccola esistente dava sul tetto con le macchine dei condizionatori che sparavano aria calda. Il bagno era pieno di capelli e considerando che siamo rasati i nostri non potevano essere!! La passa di fumo impregnava TUTTO. Lenzuola es asciugamani e non per ultimo noi stessi che la mattina odore amo di sigaretta ( non fumiamo). L’accesso su una piccola scaletta a chiocciola rendeva il tutto ancora più disagevole. Terribile. Infine il condizionatore non riusciva a gestire l’eccessivo calore che il sole diurno estivo rilasciava sul tetto.

Come può una struttura che si chiama “finestra sulla torre” avere una camera senza finestre???? Vergognoso

Posizione ottima. Staff gentile

Avendo segnalato un problema allo scarico del lavandino dopo un giorno di permanenza e segnalazione effettuata il problema non veniva risolto. Lo Staff dal secondo giorno ci ha sistemati nell’hotel accanto, pertanto una nota di merito per aver provveduto ad una sistemazione con i servizi funzionanti. Inoltre, ci è stata offerta la colazione per i giorni restanti. La struttura è in ottima posizione

Mi sono recata a Pisa per lavoro assieme a colleghi, consiglio la struttura.

Personale molto disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente ed aiutare in caso di problemi. Posizione centralissima, comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città. La struttura è in un palazzo storico ma è stato rinnovato recentemente quindi presenta tutte le comodità.
