Beautiful and idyllic

Whilst it’s directly beside the tower, it is a bit of a distance to the train station and main town so if you’re less mobile may not be well suited. We loved it though and would definitely stay again

Stunning view, but unbearable smell

The view from the window is stunning.

Because of a constant, sharp sewage smell in room 202, we were forced to keep the window open all the time. The odor completely ruined what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay.

Special Treat, Perfect View

Perfect Location. Really special to wake up with the tower out your window and enjoy it before any tourists. Our son has been begging to go to Pisa and this was the perfect surprise for him.

We missed the entrance at first, but we called and they helped us quickly.

Amazimg! Absolutely loved everything about this hotel

Amazing location, right on the Piazza del Miracoli. Honestly best location of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Very very comfortable bed (after a very uncomfortable and hard bed in Florence, it was a welcome relief). Room was well furnished, everything quite new.

Breakfast not yet available at the hotel. However, the nearest cafe is 2 meters away.

Incredible experience

Probably the only hotel that close to the Tower of Pisa so we felt like we had the whole area to ourselves when we woke up and looked out the windows. Ancient building that has been kept well, modern inside, truly boutique. The view of the tower from our room was incredible. The cleanliness was superb. The staff was great. The whole place smells amazing. They gave us bottles of water. There's also nespresso coffee with biscuits.

Everything is perfect about this property. Starting with magnificent view on Pisa Tower just behind the window. Professional and welcoming Reception staff, who assisted with taxi and restaurant bookings. The room was fresh, clean, with modern design and all necesery anenities.

Alex at the front desk was so nice. Was eager to make your stay comfy and called a cab for me. I loved my view of the leaning tower from my room! At night with the calm light it was picturesque. They do have an elevator which was very important as I have mobility issues. Would book here again!!

Stunning view and quality place to stay

Fabulous view but also was very impressed by standard of the room/bathroom/entrance hall etc. Very comfortable and large bed. Surprising how quiet it is compared with so much going on outside - it was fun to watch sitting with a glass of wine at the window! Stayed two nights and it was great.

One of the receptionists was on their mobile phone a lot and you felt like it was interrupting them if you needed something.

Lovely hotel with modern facilities in the best possible location.

If you want a view of the Leaning Tower from your hotel room, this is the only place to stay. We had room 101. You feel like can reach out and touch the tower. The rooms are modern, clean and very well equipped. Lovely bathroom and great shower. No breakfast facilities but that is clear before you book, so not a negative and plenty of places serving breakfast on your doorstep.

Very nice for 1 night visit to Pisa

The photos speak for themselves, best location and view. The main square is actually very quiet at night almost deserted, which makes it feel like a private access to the area. Staff were always friendly and helpful, the room perfectly clean and comfortable.

Great location facing tower, sub par support, no food service

Staff does not pickup phone, we needed drop off directions and no one was available to answer, we tried multiple times.. Car does not go to venue. No food or breakfast available. Elevator is very small and slow.

After seeing the reviews and pictures online, I still couldn’t quite believe the view that Prato dei Miracoli offered! We stayed for 1 night in the tower view room and it was lovely. The room was modern and clean, with a fantastic bathroom, small fridge and safe too. Also the thick windows don’t let in any noise from the very busy street below, and the strong air conditioning unit meant the room was the perfect cool temperature, even in the 34 degree heat! The hotel itself is quite small, with no breakfast facilities, but the staff are lovely and you can leave your bags for free all day after checkout. But really if you’re booking here, you’re booking for the location and the view, and both are a 10/10!! We had a gorgeous one night stay.

Stunning location and lovely little hotel

We chose this hotel for its location and it didn’t disappoint. The view of the leaning tower of Pisa from our bedroom window was exactly like the photos and it was beautiful. The room itself was also very lovely and the staff helpful.

The only thing that I found annoying was the air conditioner kept cutting off and then starting again - must have been a thermostat setting we couldn’t change. So the room was warmer than I would have liked.
