Absolutely no complaints from me. ALL WAS PERFECT.

Clean, well equipped and comfortable . Lovely room on top floor. Balcony with table and chairs. Recently refurbished and everything you could need With air con, extra bedding, fridge with milk tea making facilities. Right opposite the Leaning tower but quiet inside. No breakfast on site but loads of restaurants and cafes next door. Taxi rank nearby. All the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend it.

Perfect location looking out onto the tower. Room was immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful and room for being so close to the tower was very quiet.
Nothing!!

Stunning location, modern & clean. Really comfortable bed.
Mainly the disinterested reception staff. More interested in smoking than providing any help with bags or information. Asked if they could book a taxi for us to the airport the following morning. They rang one contact and informed us they were all booked up!! My surprised expression (I didn’t comment) resulted in a stroppy response of “it’s not my fault!” Had to start looking up local firms and ringing round myself to secure an early taxi for an early flight the following morning. Expected a little more assistance.
