Owner was great in accommodating our later check in, necessitated by train times

Didn't like being woken at 2am by the private apartment residents child/ren stomping about their apartment, screaming and a loud banging like a large,heavy suitcase being repeatedly dropped on the floor that went on for so long I actually went and knocked on their door to ask if everything was ok, at which point I saw a child of about 3 still fully dressed stood behind the guy that answered the door. The banging stopped but that was all and as a result of that I was woken again at 4am. If u want a good sleep do not book room 5. It was not a restful night's sleep and not worth the money in that respect.

Location is great, clean spacious room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom, stuff was helpful and responsive, they were able to check us in earlier as well

Staff made our very late check-in possible. Mattresses are good. Pillows are viscoelastic TOP TOP TOP. They provide shampoo, shower gel and there's a hair dryer. Good shower pressure. Spacious room.They also make tea coffee milk cereal and biscuits available.

Not much that can be done because it's a traditional building, but a lot of noise comes from the street because it's a noisy place. City workers clean the streets around 5 am...

Great Location But a bit old facilities

- The location is good, kinda in the central of the city. Easy to go everywhere. - They provide simple breakfast and drinks

- The bed sheet is not clean and I can see the dirt. - The toilet always malfunctions. I need to fix it everytime. - The facilities are pretty old.

A great place to stay to explore Pisa and the area.

The location is great, being just a short walk from the train station and not far from the Leaning Tower. On our arrival we were warmly greeted by and shown to our room. The room was very clean and more than adequate for our stay and is very reasonably priced.

A super location very central and an easy walk to station, shops, attractions, river, restaurants and bars. Friendly and helpful reception. Plus a useful lift.

Entire facility, aswell as the room - very pleasant, quiet and clean. New refurbished location,, apparently Bathroom - spotless, clean, shinny, very good sanitary/ installations. Location downtown Receptionist waiting for your checkin, even late at night.

Windows soundinsulation from the street noise - unsolved. Challenged situation, though, as historical architectural/ urbanistic rules applies on those facades and building's windows, so the owner, probably, can't just simply replace them with modern sound insulating windows etc. The room provides access to coffee/ tea maker and not a maker, in the room itself, as advertised. Same for refrigerator etc (there is cafeteria function lobby in the location, shared to all rooms).

Very good

Room was clean and had access to all needs although not in the room, like kettle, fridge/freezer, hair drier. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, speaking both Italian and English. Location for train station is excellent.

Entrance at ground level not clean due to works, lifts needs attention, area very noisy if windows are left open but able to tone it down with glazing. Maybe a small personal fridge would be more convenient. All in all very satisfied.

good hotel in a good location

Stayed with a friend in this hotel in August for 4 nights, everything was fine. The hotel is very well located: 9 minutes leisurely to the railway station and 15 minutes also a slow pace to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The refurbishment of the hotel looks very fresh, everything was clean, the staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Nice host ,big family room ,nice bathroom and clean with good shower ,very clean,good location between train station and free coffee and snacks 24h,all new B & B, everything is new. Share full kitchen is clean , have lift available

Firstly the staff was very attentive and kind! The location is the best and the dorms are very very clean. After a long journey we had such a great sleep and they made our stay even more pleasent! I highly recommend it for future stays! Thank you guys and keep it up! :)))

Nagyon jó volt a hely lokációja.

Az ablak nem záródott rendesen így hűvös volt. A klíma nagyon kellemetlen szagot fújt ha meleget szerettünk volna. A szobába volt egy nagy penész folt ami zavaró volt. A fürdőszobában is teljesen penészes volt az elszívó. A zuhanyból és a csapból nem jött meleg víz.

Alojamiento aceptable pero ruidoso si es fin de semana

Buena localización. Aceptable relación calidad-precio . El disponer de una pequeña cocina para hacer una infusión o café.

Las ventanas son muy viejas, se oye todo el ruido exterior y es una zona muy transitada por jóvenes en fin de semana, la noche del sábado no me pude dormir hasta las 3.. Además si estás en una habitación cercana a la puerta del piso, como fue mi caso, se oye entrar y salir al resto de huéspedes todo el tiempo y no todo el mundo es respetuoso con el descanso de los demás.

Difficile mettersi in contatto con la struttura. No reception, e numero di telefono indicato sulla porta non collegato. Strutta vecchia e con il portone sempre aperto. Confermo che le stanze non sono bene insonorizzate come si legge da altre recensioni, e c'e' un continuo rumore di sottofondo che arriva dalla via sottostante.
