Good location and very clean. Staff where friendly and helpful

Not too far from the airport, not too far from the leaning Tower. Great air conditioning, clean rooms, sitting area outside to have food, refrigerator access, in a safe area. Access to a variety of stores from grocery to restaurants. Flawless check-in procedure.

We think there might have only been three sets of towels for our party of three adults and an 11 year old, but there were plenty enough and this wasn't a problem.

Good location & only a short walk from the train station/Pisa Mover. Clean & great AC. We arrived early & leaving our bags was no problem. We'd definitely stay there again

Owner was great in accommodating our later check in, necessitated by train times

Didn't like being woken at 2am by the private apartment residents child/ren stomping about their apartment, screaming and a loud banging like a large,heavy suitcase being repeatedly dropped on the floor that went on for so long I actually went and knocked on their door to ask if everything was ok, at which point I saw a child of about 3 still fully dressed stood behind the guy that answered the door. The banging stopped but that was all and as a result of that I was woken again at 4am. If u want a good sleep do not book room 5. It was not a restful night's sleep and not worth the money in that respect.
