Mange høye trapper og ingen heis.
Var ikke bemannet. Veldig Liten rom, frokost uten bygget. Ikke bra for eldre mennesker .

Great central location with a stunning view and a generous welcome.
A busy spot so just a little bit noisy. But fun, which made up for it.

Location was ideal and center to the city. Most attractions and restaurants were easily walkable.
The property manager had to know a very specific window when you would arrive for them to attend the property. Since there isn't someone available at any given moment this makes traveling difficult and a less about making it easy for the guest and more a benefit for the property manager. I understand that traveling to Pisa in June can be hot but they need to be more upfront with certain facilities not working like the AC. They specifically said it was working and then when when it failed we requested them to resolve it and nothing was done.
