Social approach from the owner and workers. They would try and help you with anything you might need. Very cosy place, nearby Pisa tower and restaurant square. Also, train S. Rossore was behind building so we could travel back and forth to Florence, Lucca, Viareggio, Livorno etc. Supermarket is also nearby it.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable staff were friendly. Free cold water.
Room was tiny and expensive. Breakfast was awful, rubbery eggs and white bread rolls.
