I had an amazing time in Pisa, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and in a great location that is a very short walk to the monuments. Fabio and Alberto were great hosts and the communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Very close to Leaning Tower

The room was very clean. Everything was available, like towels and bed linen. Extra bed for 2 people. Close to the chosen destination, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.

Ideal apartment for a shortstay, being close to railway station and old town of Pisa.

Location great. Near to all historical sights and close to railway station. Host very helpful with map and information, and did an airport transfer next morning.

For 5 people the place would be rather cramped for an extended stay,.

Perfect!

Fabio is friendly and the accommodations are comfortable and well situated. Fabio treated us as part of his family, waited for us at the airport, took us for a tour and to get food before going back to the aconmodation. We are very happy with the choice and would recommend it to everyone looking for a great experience in Pisa

The location was amazing. A 5 minute walk to the tower. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and things to see in the area which were all within walking distance. Also a 5 minute walk to the train station.

Beautiful city

the property was very clean, everything you needed was there. bed was very comfortable. outside space with table and chairs to relax. location was amazing. 5 min walk to tower and cathedral. 5 min walk to train station. plenary of bars, cafes, restaurants close by. The owner Fabio was amazing, went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Fabio couldn’t do any more to help. from recommending food, places and even booking us in places. He even took us to the airport at 4 in morning as we could not get a taxi. Highly recommend property. I will defo be back.

Fabulous host and location.

The host Fabio was very attentive, we were made to feel very welcome and relaxed. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was perfect we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location was fabulous. Fabio picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, our inbound flight was a little delayed and he was waiting for us absolutely no issues at all. Highly recommend. Fabio made sure we had everything we needed daily and gave us recommendations and advice on we’re to eat and places we could visit.

this place was absolutely adorable! loved the view from the property and had an amazing stay. the host family was absolutely amazing. they were very attentive and helped with everything we needed.

the ceilings are a little bit short, not great for super tall people but if you watch you’re head you’ll be fine!

Very friendly couple. Got a text from the husband before I was due to stay which was helpful, and then greeted by the wife on checking in. Flexible, organised, polite and helpful. Location is perfect, leaning tower is 5 min walk away.

There's a couple of flights of stairs to get to your room, but it's not a big deal.

We just spent a comfortalble night at the charming Apartment of Fabio and Rosa. They are more than friendly (we arrived VERY late but we felt very welcome nevertheless) and do their business with passion. Just perfect hosts! Fabio guided us to a nice place where we had breakfast. The Apartment was clean and well kept and the beds were comfortable. It is located perfectly: close to the tower and with good parking facilities. Definitley a place we would recommend.

Perfect accommodation for touring Pisa

This is large air conditioned apartment, 5 minutes walk from Tower of Pisa and 'Field of Miracle'. We were late due to ferry ride, but Fabio started to communicate with us through What's Up so there was no problem with this. He and his wife are very welcoming and knowledgeable hosts. They gave us tips where to find best ice cream in Italy and where to go in Tuscany. Bed was large and comfortable and towels really nice and fluffy. It was really great to spend time here after long ride. WiFi was excellent in the entire apartment. Highly recommend to anybody coming to Pisa. Hope to come back again.

Bed&Breakfast à deux pas de la Tour. Idéalement localisé donc. Accueil très agréable. Parle l'espagnol. La propreté est irréprochable. Parking extérieur gratuit au pied de l'immeuble (parking sécurisé proposé). Des conseils judicieux de visite dans la ville au-delà de la Tour. Appartement très grand pouvant accueillir une très grande famille.

Entrée difficile à trouver le soir par manque de luminosité. Des escaliers étroits pour monter les bagages dans l'appartement aménagé sous les combles. Le petit-déjeuner peut être pris sur place car l'appartement possède une cuisine bien équipée mais il faut apporter de quoi le préparer. En revanche l'hôte offre une remise chez un bistrotier à proximité ce qui est appréciable.
