Very nice place to stay with very nice staff

The location was very close to the leaning tower, spacious and comfortable room! Staff was extremely nice and helpful especially the lady in the reception! Breakfast was nice too with nice design in the cappuccino

Lovely hotel, very central and a short walk to pisa Tower. There are really nice restraurants near by also. Location is perfect!

Value for money not great. . Way too expensive. We were originally going to stay in Pisa for a few days. After searching all accomodation we decided to just stay the one night & travel to Florence for the remaing of our holiday. The cost of accomodation at a way higher srandard in Florence was half the cost. Pity this hotel had no offer for 2 or 3 nights stay, because we were quiet happy to just relax about the location taking in the fabulous itaian athmoshere 🇮🇹👌

Lovely - the room was great and the location outstanding. Price - fair....

The location was absolutely superb. There were three of us travelling so it was a perfect sized bedroom. Staff very helpful with the bags as we were on the top floor. Good Wifi.

Bathroom was a bit small but clean. The entrance to the parking was terrifying! It was so small - and in a hire car I was frightened of scraping it. Both passengers had to help guide me in! And then we were asked to move the car......if you are booking particularly for parking, then make sure before hand that you vehicle isn't big and that your space is guaranteed!

Beautiful stay in Pisa

Clean, well presented property, good sized rooms with character and nice facilities. Beds were comfy and clean and the terrace was lovely to sit out on in the evening. Property is central, only a few minutes walk to the Leaning Tower, Pisa Cathedral and Piazza del Duomo as well as bars, restaurants, markets and shops. There is also a room we were able to store luggage and freshen up with an early arrival allowing us time to explore the area.

Great place to stay for visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa!

We liked the location as it was a short walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was nicely decorated and had a fridge. The breakfast was very good! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

There is not an elevator, and we were on the top floor. It can be a challenge with heavy bags.

It wasn’t the main hotel it was an out building . It was dark with no windows and a small door . It was noisy and the car park was literally by the front door. The set out of the room was strange .

Lovely hotel

Very close to the Tower of Pisa, beautiful room, air con. We had an attic room with a view through a small window of the tour. It was clean and the staff were lovely. The breakfast was good and it was lovely to eat on the shady terrace at the front of the hotel.

We didn't mind at all but there's no lift, so if you go for the attic rooms be prepared for a climb!

Great location close to the Leaning Tower, a good place for a one-night stay

Pisa Villa Tower Inn has a great location close to the Leaning Tower, making it a convenient choice for visitors to Pisa. Our room for four had two bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms were quite small. The balcony was a nice addition, providing a small outdoor space. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the pleasant garden on the front yard. The hotel staff were too few and seemed very busy the entire time. Nevertheless, they were friendly and did their best to ensure guests’ comfort. Dogs up to 20 kg are welcome, but there is a dog fee of €15 per night, which can be expensive for longer stays. This is a good place for a one-night stay, with a short distance to the airport as well.

The shower hose was far too short, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was limited, and unfortunately, most items were gone about half an hour before the official end time. There were two types of bread, which were not particularly good. Only two slices of cheese and some cold cuts remained. Yogurts were out of stock, and only a few sweet pastries were left, but those were good. The hotel’s parking area is located in the backyard, but the driveway leading there is very narrow. A medium-sized SUV just barely fit on the driveway, so larger vehicles might find it challenging to access. Price 15 €/day

Charming Hotel with Perfect Location

Location was very nice, right beside the Tower and the Cathedral. Staff were very kind and helpful as well. We had a picturesque view of the tower and the cathedral. Very comfortable. There was also private parking for cars.

There was no elevator, we had to carry luggage up the stairs.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Location and staff were the only positive thing about the hotel, nothing else was good.

The hotel is a lot better on the pictures, it's quite uncomfortable, shabby, inconvenient and ugly inside. The more you look around, the more you notice all the things that are not nice. Definitely does not feel like a 4-start hotel, 2-3 stars would do.

Location is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, cathedral, etc., and a short walk further to the main restaurant areas. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with good air conditioning.

I don't understand how the hotel rates four stars - it has no amenities. No pool, bar, restaurant (just the breakfast room), lift/elevator or laundry service. It's clean and comfortable, sure, but not an Irish four stars. The entrance to the car park is very narrow and there is only room for about six cars, so make sure to book a space if you are driving.

Attentive staff, incredible view and high quality room

The staff were excellent, incredibly helpful both in the lead up to our stay and whilst we were there. Giving advice via WhatsApp before arrival about train strikes and offering solutions etc., The room was beautiful and had a fantastic view! Also the bed and pillow were excellent quality allowing for a fantastic nights sleep!

More choice at breakfast in terms of food options. The coffee was excellent and the member of staff servicing was so sweet that they even put our coffees in takeaway cups when our taxi arrived.

Amazing Stay

Hotel has wow factor from outside. We had room 3 which has an amazing balcony looking out to front of hotel. Room was very palacial. Staff go above and beyond. Great value for money.
