Its location close to a great choice of restaurants and close to the Tower. 17 mins walk from the railway station and a 10 min drive to the airport at 6am.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's a beautiful, quiet place, very well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. The location itself is perfect, with a garden yet within easy reach of the city's main attraction, the Leaning Tower. If I return to Pisa, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

It is a great location very close to the Tower of Pisa.
The room had a good view to the backyard and there was plenty of space.
There is not parking at this hotel. There is wrong advertising about parking at Booking.com . Parking is only available on the streets, which is paid between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
The room at this hotel needs remodeling. The restroom was not that clean.

Beautiful property within 5 minutes of the tower. Helpful staff and most importantly, very clean
A little basic but everything you need for a city break

If you want to visit the historical sites, the location is excellent not more than 6 minute walk to the cathedral and about 10 minutes from railway station.
The continental breakfast was good and inexpensive.
There are no additional facilities so if you want a pool its not for you.

Location is just perfect. Pisa is pretty small anyway but being so close to main attractions and cute caffees and restaurants was perfect. Everything is in walkable distance.
Nothing was bad but the smell in the room was a bit noticable when you first enterit , probably the issuse with humidity, that’s all.

This place is a gem. Brillinatly situated and a short walk from the Piazza Dante. The couple that run this hotel are a delight, although the check-in proceedure is somewhat chaotic. Room, bathroom and standard of cleanliness were exceptional.
Great value for money and a really enjoyable experience.
Softer pillows perhaps

The family run hotel is situated 5 mins walk from the Pisa tower. About 15 minutes walking distance from Pisa train station. Lots of places to eat out and the hosts are very hospitable and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us and make our stay comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Air conditioned room and the beds were very comfortable as it was one of the hottest days in July we stayed over there. Bathroom was clean.
There was nothing we disliked about this pace.

great location and lovely staff.
huge mosquito problem. got bitten to death at night despite trying to get rid of most and leaving door tightly shut…

The location was great: close enough to the tower, they accept animals which is great and there is a garden and i appreciated that my room was at the ground floor.
There was no parking space at all (i selected this hotel because in the criteria it was supposed to be a parking space), also there was no help offered at all with the luggages, there was no wifi at all (another criteria for which i had selected this hotel that did not exist), the bed was not confortable at all and the room was really obsolete and it didn't feel good to stay in it.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t speak English which we didn’t mind just because they were so nice but it did make things slightly more difficult as we didn’t speak any Italian. The garden of the hotel was beautiful and there was a cute bunny and a turtle in the garden which was quite nice. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the Leaning Tower and close to lots of different restaurants, cafes and shops. Overall the hotel itself was pretty and well-located, the staff were great and looked after us well however the facilities were not so good and we felt it was a little overpriced.
The facilities were not great, rooms were pretty small and not tidied or replenished with things like clean towels and toilet paper whilst we were gone even though we left early in the mornings before the cleaning for the rooms even started.

very well located. all important sights are few minutes walking away. Another pro was the good king size bed!
The owner were for sure nice people, but a little detached with us. The facility, the outside garden and the room are okay, but a little bit not kept at best!

It was great to have a little terrace next to our room to receive midnight in New Year’s Eve. We have a 1 year old sleeping, safe and comfy while we could toast to the next year right out the door :) Owners are very nice and helpful. Excellent location- walking distance to the Pisa leaning tower and to the main train station. Bonus: they have a little rabbit that my daughter loved to go and see him every morning before heading out and evening when coming back :)
The only downside was the Wifi didn’t work inside our bedroom..:/ to have access we had to stand right at the bedroom’s door or have a seat at the little terrace next to the room.

The location is very nice. Sympathic owners but be careful because of their memory's. Nice room with a good bed. Good bathroom and really nice decorated room
Very sympatic man and wife but he doesn't understand online booking. Be careful because the man let you pay double ignoring Booking.com price. He told me after showing the Booking.com price, to
pay back the difference of €20 next day. Do it straight away because next day he can not rember you paid neither the pay back he promised. It is not they don't want because they are nice but their memory is not helping them. He paid back the Booking price finally but hesitate to pay me what I paid too much of €20 I lostto him by overpaying. And he really can not remember this!
Beside of this the place is really nice
