Luxury by name, luxury by nature

Fantastic location in a beautiful building overlooking the arno. Open the balcony and the sounds of the river float comfortingly in. Snacks, refreshments, high quality toiletries all generously laid on. The apartment itself is stylish, tastefully and delicately appointed. Bathroom with great touches, and the jacuzzi just an added bonus. An absolute delight...

The bedroom & bathroom are beautifully presented. Exceptionally clean with kettle & fridge provided.

The room was a little noisy at nighttime (from the road) however it was a great location close enough to the centre & also the train station

Excellent location with fantastic views over the river. Good facilities, with good AC, tea & coffee & biscuits, bathroom facilities and jacuzzi. Lovingly decorated in a traditional style with plenty of space. Comfortable and clean with a warm helpful welcome.

Maybe provide some milk to go with the tea & coffee, and the fridge didn’t seem too cold / work that well.

Lovely one night stay in the city of Pisa

Beautiful clean apartment within easy reach of all the main sites. The bathroom is impressive.

Would have like to make use of the coffee and tea making facilities but there were no cups to use. Also no glasses for water

Kind & friendly hosts with great dinner recommendations and so helpful with accommodating our check-in. Spacious room, beautiful views and amazing location. We only stayed here for one night but loved it. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a base in Pisa.

Superb

Apartment in a very beautiful old house near the center of Pisa, within walking distance to the main attractions and the train station. Stylish period furniture (and tapestry!), shower and spa bath. Cozy courtyard garden. The host was very helpful and patient as due to a flight delay I arrived very late.

The bath needs to be cleaned as hair from previous guests is coming out of it when it's working. The rest of the apartment is very clean.

A perfect period property in a central location of Pisa with easy access to every aspect of this wonderful city.

The property was a noble period building with a welcoming coolness provided by the very thick walls and high ceilings. There is still an old garden accessed from front hallway and open to all guests who wish to spend some quiet time. Our suite was a large room entered through a hallway with a full size fridge.There was an extra large double bed with overhanging tapestry. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were beautiful quality and cool in hot weather. There were three large windows which open onto a view of the river. There was an extraordinary bathroom area with a massive sunken bathe and wash hand basin and then another room with toilet,shower and another wash basin. There was a lovely selection of Gels and shampoos available and good thick towels. In the main room there is a large table with a kettle,tea bags, coffee sachets,biscuits and a bottle of water.

Fantastic accommodation provided by a great host at an unbeatable price

Location was fantastic with easy access to all attractions in Pisa. Paulo was a fantastic host and was vey accommodating in arranging to drop off a travel adapter when mine did not fit the sockets. Room was very spacious and Paulo had left coffee, biscuits, water, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo and body wash. Some traffic noise due to the proximity to the centre but the property more than made up for this by it's authentic decor and furnishings.

All in all, a charming apartment.

Jacuzzi is a wonderful luxury. The location is lovely and the hostess is a charming italian Lady. The apartment was clean and it was even cleaned from time to time. There is no kitchen in the apartment, so breakfast can be enjoyed in local restaurants :)

Noise isolation is reasonable, not excellent. The Jacuzzi is for one or two slim people.

A touch of "Pisano" luxury on the Arno

Excellent location overlooking the River Arno. Perfectly placed, within easy walking distance of the Leaning Tower and the train station. The advice from the hosts about where to have breakfast/lunch with a view was most welcome. The jacuzzi bath was the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the local food. Would recommend.

Great big living area. Amazing jacuzzi bath. Tea's, coffee & biscuits left. Seen a review about TV being too small absolute nonsense, If you come to Pisa to watch TV you don't deserve a massive TV. Highly recommend and great location for everything you want in Pisa.

Well advertised but poorly maintained.

The bed was the best thing about the apartment.

The TV too small, and the jetted bathtub didn’t work well because the water faucet was not working appropriately. Also the light above the tub didn’t work either. Elevator didn’t work either. Not worth the money I paid. Breakfast? It was a joke even by Italian standards.

Gorgeous!

It is a tastefully and elegantly decorated, spacious place, with pleasant jacuzzi. Location is very attractive, on the borders of the Arno river, within a 10 minute walk from the Leaning Tower (in one direction) and a 8 minute from Central Station (in the other direction). We had a great dinner in Osteria San Paulo (almost around the corner).

Nothing really. Just be aware that breakfast is not included but the amenities include a water cooker (with tea and instant coffee) and a fridge. Coffee bars abound in the area. A real coffee machine would have been nice, but ah well ...

Superb fără cuvinte!

Foarte curat , mi-a plăcut ca avea de tote ce avei nevoie în baie . Cadă era superbă . Ceva diferit pe stil vechi ceea ce pe mine mi-a atras forte mult , un peisaj frumos și ar fi mult mai mult de zis . Feliciți !
