Great location opposite to the Pisa central train station and the bus station as well. 20 min walk to the airport and the same to Pisa tower.

Stay was GREAT. Room was quirky and different to a chain hotel (in a really nice way). Cleaniless was beyond expectations. Will defo stay again

Generally a pleasant stay

Mostly Fine. The Host was very pleasant and was available to let us in and allow us to leave our bags even though we arrived quite early in the day..She also gave us a very good recommendation for a local Restaurant. The location was excellent as we had a morning flight the following day

The lightingwas poor and made reading in bed nearly impossible. The shower door did not fully close so it was impossible to stop some water escaping on to the floor.

Fantastic, comfortable property near the station

Very clean and comfortable. Host was lovely and upgraded me as the other room was free. Great location across the road from the train. Easy check in and access with a lockbox. Would stay again.

Late check in is quite expensive given the keys are in a lock box. The bathroom lock takes a bit of fiddling to open but once you master it it’s not a problem. There is an electric scent spray in the room that’s quite strong but you can easily unplug if you don’t enjoy fragrances. Would be lovely to have a kettle available for tea.

A very convenient and delightful place to spend an overnight stay, great decor. It’s right opposite the railway station,

It was very comfortable with great quirky decor which took full advantage of its close proximity to the railway station. It was very good for us, as we were only there on an overnight stop, and it’s right opposite the station. The young lady who runs it was lovely, very helpful.

The only thing is that it’s not immediately clear where it was, as there is only a plaque on a building shared with other apartments or businesses. Maybe make that clear that that is the case.

Good location if you are arriving late or leaving early from the train station.

If you need to be near the railway station and the Pisa mover, you could not possibly do better than this. Approximately 100mts from the entrance to Pisa Centrale to the door of the accommodation. The room and bathroom were both very clean, the bed was comfortable . No kettle in the room and our bathroom was across the corridor, but it was not a problem. If I was staying in Pisa again I would definitely seriously consider staying here again.

We love to come back again

Top place on a great location! Was travelling with my 7 year old son on public transportation, this was a very practical location. It was super clean too. Would love to come again one day. In the evening we were watching the square from the window, I had to dream of De Chirico’s work. Great start of our trip! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Nice clean room, amazing host and perfect location. You can walk everywhere. Really liked the room, beautiful decorations and nice airco. Would book again!

A little bit noisy (other people in the house), plus the bathroom and bedroom are not connected. I had to go to the other side of the hallway for the shower/toilet.

The situation near the train station which made arrival and onward travel very easy. The host Alessandra was particularly helpful and welcoming. She was full of ideas about places to eat and even provided us with a complimentary card for a simple breakfast in a nice local cafe.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Firstly, the value is great. The room was lovely and clean, and the location was perfect. The host was very welcoming and friendly and gave us some great food recommendations which we enjoyed.

Right next the train station so location was perfect. Alessandra was a wonderful host was messaging on the day we arrived and was there when we arrived. Showed us our room and gave recommendations for where we could eat. Would 100% recommend staying here

Clean, comfortable, great location

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It’s opposite the train station which was ideal as we arrived by train. You can also easily walk to the airport (15 minutes through residential streets) or take the train. We opted to walk as it was in the cool of the morning. It’s also a short walk to the historic centre of Pisa which meant this accommodation was perfect for us for our one-night stay. The host is friendly and kind, and recommended some great lunch and dinner options. We’d definitely stay here again.

We liked the room, it was large and had a great little bathroom. It was clean enough but there were a few tiny details. Great location opposite the station and very quiet considering the location.

Maybe a few more facilities, kettle and plastic cups would have been lovely.

Feeling a bit cheated as breakfast was at an additional cost in a different location

There was no bed and breakfast. Breakfast was offered at a separate coffee bar along the street which was crowded and uncomfortable and I think only offered coffee and a croissant for breakfast at addition cost not quoted for at the booking stage. I feel a little cheated

Ideal location, easy access to the train station & airport via PisaMover. 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. Plenty of local shops/cafes/restaurants to chose from. Very close to shopping district. Friendly & helpful owner made me feel very welcome!

Ideal property for a few days exploring Florence and Pisa.

Ideally located for the train station. The room was spacious, clean, well presented and the welcome from the host was brilliant, as she met me at the property and was very flexible with check in.
