Excellent choice for low-budget stay in Pisa

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the train station and about 20 minutes pleasant stroll to the leaning tower. Great selection of affordable restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, very clean room and super friendly staff. Great breakfast with many options available.

Long weekend trip.

The location was perfect. 2 minute walk to the train station. 25 minute walk to the airport. 20 minute walk to Pisa tower. Good size rooms and beds. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Basic but good value for a short stay

The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect - right next to the train station. Good for a one night stay after a late flight

Great hotel, but the area isn’t the best at night

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The decoration was lovely, and the bed was enormous. The location is very convenient, just about 100 meters from the train station (though it does come with a few drawbacks, details below).

The area didn’t seem very safe at night, with several people standing around on the pavement. We decided not to go out after arriving at 10 pm (as we had originally planned), though maybe we were just being a bit cautious. During the day, everything was bustling and perfectly fine. Obviously, this isn’t the hotel’s fault.

Decent hotel very close to the railway station

Although some of the shared/public areas of the hotel are dated and a bit shabby, the rooms are good - spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Plenty of electrical sockets. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Reception and breakfast staff kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Most of all, you're paying for location - the hotel is two minutes' walk from Pisa Centrale station, and therefore ideally located for train and bus connections, including from Pisa Airport. I would be happy to stay here again.

Wi-Fi was sometimes a bit slow on the seventh floor. Perhaps it's better on lower floors.

Comfortable and the perfect location for travelling!! Close to the train station and not far from the airport at all! The staff were so lovely and helped with travelling and things to do when unsure!! They made the stay better!

Nice welcome..lovely staff. Very clean comfortable beds , plenty of towels. Great location yet quiet overnight.

Great location just a short walk from the train station. A 10 minute walk to the centre. Nice size room with spare guest room, fridge and safe. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice for every taste.

Clean and central though old fashioned.

The hotel is old fashioned but very clean and a great location near Pisa central train station. The water dispenser with still and sparkling water we spotted at reception is thoughtful.

The night porter spent about 5 minutes talking on his phone on a very casual conversation before dealing with us. After a long day travelling it was not a great start.

Location was excellent both for Pisa and the train to Florence. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Very clean. "Dated charm" Couldn't have asked for more.

Perfect stay for a family

Breakfast was amazing, great selection. Our room was perfect as it was a joining family room which was great for our kids and us.The staff were exceptional, going above abd beyond for us.

The location was very close to central station. It was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My main priorities for a hotel. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food for all tastes. Even non-pork meat products, which is rare from my hotel experience. The excellent staff were lovely, and incredibly helpful.

The only reason not to give it a 10 was that the decor was a little tired. And as a 3 star hotel it's not exceptional.

The location was excellent - a minute’s walk from the station, €10 taxi to/from the airport, and right in the centre with Pisa on your doorstep. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The condition of the rooms - no shower (other than a hand held one), scalding hot water, no plug, tired decor in need of repair, very noisy and insufficient air conditioning, very cramped space.

The staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and very relaxed. The rooms and linen were clean. The free baggage storage was very useful.
