The location is perfect. Very near to the Pisa central station, and near to airport also. The only doubt I had was if I would be able to have a taxi in the early morning, which I managed to get.
Bonus: Don't go to Pisa airport after 1 am, as it is closed for about 3 hours (check exact time on the google maps reviews), and they ask you to wait outside the airport for your flight.
The entrance was a bit tricky, maybe because, it was my first time entering in a guest house like this.
The only problem was bathroom not attached, however, keeping in view the price of the stay and the location, I can't complain.

Location and spacious common room
The bed was made in a way that was looking good with the linen arranged in a nice shape like a decoration but the last thing l want to do when l arrive tired from a trip is having to do my bed in order to sleep! Would have preferred a fully made bed. The room was also very small and felt a bit claustrophobic.
