Excellent self check-in, detailed information was sent in advance. Room and shared rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Everything went well, silence was respected by other guests.

Cigarette smoke smell in the room, but it is not fault of the location but that of other guests not respecting the rules. Central location at the railway station with a lot of "suspicious looking" folks moving around especially at night. but nothing happened at all.

Fine accommodation, unsafe location

The room itself was clean and comfortable, the shared bathroom was also clean. The apartment was quiet. The host was helpful over whatsapp and gave us clear instructions.

There were many shady individuals around the entrance to the building, which made me feel unsafe in the evening.

clean but very hot

The apartment is located in an excellent area, just a 2-minute walk from Pisa Centrale train station and within a comfortable 20–30 minute walking distance to the city’s main attractions and restaurants. The place was clean upon arrival, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the arrival process smooth. The kitchen was clean and charming - ideal for preparing light meals or having breakfast at home. The bathroom was also clean; however, the shower lacked a wall hanger, which meant it had to be handheld, making it slightly inconvenient. Overall, it is a practical and well-located place for short stays, especially if traveling by train, but the lack of air conditioning and the shower setup may be a consideration for comfort-focused travelers.

One major drawback was the absence of air conditioning. During the summer months, the heat made it difficult to sleep comfortably, and I would strongly recommend that future guests take this into account if visiting during warmer periods.

From kind messages to heartbreak — a travel horror story

An absolute nightmare — avoid this place at all costs. I have never in my life been treated the way I was by this accommodation. I traveled alone from another country, exhausted after a long day, arriving close to midnight in Pisa — only to be left stranded on the street with no place to go because of their cruelty and complete lack of professionalism. When I booked, I selected my check-in time and was told via message that for late arrivals, they’d send me all the necessary instructions on WhatsApp. I immediately informed them my flight would land around midnight, and they reassured me it would be fine. On the day of my arrival, they sent codes, photos, and detailed check-in instructions. Everything changed over a simple, polite request. I asked if it might be possible to check out just 30 minutes later because of my late arrival. Instead of a kind no, they turned aggressive, accused me of being arrogant, told me to cancel my booking, and made me feel completely unwanted. While I was at the airport, boarding my flight, they deleted all the check-in instructions and codes, knowing full well I had no other place to go. They even asked for extra money under the excuse of “covering costs,” and when I questioned it, they quickly claimed it was “just an example.” When I messaged them through Booking app (since Booking can’t see WhatsApp messages), they pretended we’d never spoken and claimed I never confirmed my check-in time. I was left crying, alone, scared, and heartbroken in a foreign city at midnight, without a room and nowhere to go. I felt humiliated, helpless, and deeply sad that anyone could treat another person this way. In the end, they cancelled my booking, labelled me a no-show, and charged me for it — leaving me to sort out a last-minute solution in the middle of the night. This was honestly one of the most distressing and cruel experiences I’ve ever had while traveling.

Great location but wouldn't stay long

Location and spacious common room

The bed was made in a way that was looking good with the linen arranged in a nice shape like a decoration but the last thing l want to do when l arrive tired from a trip is having to do my bed in order to sleep! Would have preferred a fully made bed. The room was also very small and felt a bit claustrophobic.

Perfect Location 1min from/to the Pisa Train Station

The LOCATION is very conveniently located 1 min from the Pisa Central Station. (7 min to airport and from the station) 10-15 minutes walk to go to places to places to eat and party (Tho there are coffee shops & small stores outside the accomodation) 25 min walk to leaning tower of pisa! (I recommend you walk than take the bus) At the accomodation there are 2 toilets with bidet & shower close to our room. There is a kitchen and sofa on the common area - you can drink the tap water. overall it was a convenient stay!

Very central, has elevator if traveling with suitcases. Kitchen did have coffee and sugar - essential for some. Did provide towels

First off communication about check in should not be that difficult: 30 WhatsApp messages for basically 2 code boxes. Very bare minimum rooms, shower/ bathroom - very unkept/ old, untidy, lack of where to put stuff. Definitely you get what you pay for vibe. Kitchen had coffee, but lacked other basics or even proper mugs.

Excellent location and facilities

There is no designated reception desk etc. Were told that we could arrive early and drop bags. Were told to message photos of our documents on whatapp which felt dodgy (especially when receiving no reply to messages) along with our arrival time. Took a long time for anyone to answer when we were knocking and the cleaner was quite rude about us arriving early despite being told that we could. We dropped bags and left immediately but were made to feel like an imposition. Didn’t feel like a very nice start to the stay

A good stay

The guest house is close to the Pisa Sentrale station, and we chose for this reason. We had on time the instructions, so there was an easy-to-use check-in by ourselves. The bed was good. The only thing was that they didn't have a place to leave our luggage until the time of our departure by the train. So we had to go to the train station and pay for a locker 🔐 .

Great location. From the airport 20 minutes on foot, from the railway station 3 minutes. All attractions within walking distance. Very clean. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need. Tea and coffee available. After you have vacated the room, you can leave your luggage.

You can clearly hear the neighbors walking around. One bathroom for three rooms and a queue in the morning. The mattress on the bed is already old, the springs are felt.
