Everything was excellent! The host was very welcoming and gave us the room even though we arrive much earlier than the check-in time. We had a balcony with a great view for a sunset and view on the leaning tower from afar.
The street near the train station can be a bit noisy, but it is really ok honestly! We weren’t too bothered by it!

Nice and easy to find, location was brilliant next door to the station and not far from everything we wanted ! The host was fantastic, my Italian is not the best but he managed to communicate everything perfectly to me and made it very easy, lovely man.
The walls were a bit thin so somebody checked in late one night and it became rather loud but no huge issue

few things felt a bit old and could have been replaced (bed was squeaking and toilet seat was loose)
