My stay here was all in all good, I’d deffinitely rec

It was quite spacious, and the kitchen and toilets were also well cleaned and made the whole experience comfortable.

The only problem was with the shower cabin, it didn’t came enough water so it can be something they can fix easily.

The shared bathroom door wasn’t working, and the next morning there was no water in taps. I don’t know if it was some emergency, but it wasn’t comfortable. Also, when we arrived there were 3 mosquitos in the room, full of blood from the previous tenants. Not sure if room service could fix it, but it wasn’t really pleasant.

I don't recommend it.... especially in the cold season!!!

Large room, comfortable bed and localization.

If you are traveling in summer, then this option may be OK for you, but be prepared for weak water pressure in the shower, slow Internet and a broken lock in the shared bathroom. Some people already wrote about this in previous comments, but the owner of the accommodation probably doesn't care and he doesn't fix anything. So someone can come to you when you will be in the toilet or will take a shower. We were in Pisa at the end of November and it was already quite cold. Despite the weather, neither our room nor the common areas were heated. There was only a small heating battery in the whole room, which was slightly warm. And after the morning cleaning, some "smart" worker left the windows open in all the areas, so it was impossible to stay there after that. And in addition, the hot water ran out while taking a shower and we had to boil the water to finish bathing. Anything can happen, breakdowns or something else, but the owner of the accommodation did not even try to come, somehow help and fix something. He wrote a few sarcastic messages and that was the end of our conversation: 1) the internet is working, but it is slow 2) there is hot water, but it may have run out, check the boiler by yourself 3) there is heating, but not very powerful, take a blanket 4) this is inexpensive housing, so what did you expect? In other accommodatios always care, come, fix, change, help online or at least change their housing, but in this one..... Nothing.....🤦

For one night, just to sleep it was totaly ok.

It was spacious and clean. It was very close to train station.

I didn't like the district. There was a tea kettle in a room, but there weren't any tea.

Barely tolerable

The area of the city was fine and it was handy for the Railway Station.

The room door didn't stay shut unless locked. The shower was broken and didn't work properly and there were no toiletries provided only what others had left, There was little to no sound proofing, you could hear the people upstairs using the toilet, The "Double bed" was two singles strapped together and was uncomfortable and made intimacy impossible. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Too hot, complicated access, bad bathroom, but great location and affordable.

Location, affordability. The bedroom was clean, and had everything you needed apart from AC. We liked the little balcony beside the kitchen.

It was difficult to get to the room, we had to jump through a lot of hoops and the staff didn't do much to make it easier for us. We really would have liked an AC, since it was very hot in Pisa (for us northern europeans anyway). This was our fault not looking close enough at the ad, whether or not an AC would be offered. We had a 1.5 year old. The baby cot we got was only newborn size. Although the room was clean and well kept, the shared bathroom across the hall left something to be desired. There was hair in the shower drain, and the bin almost full. We saw someone clean the rooms, but nobody cleaned the bathroom. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. When you turn on the shower it took a good minute for the water to come out, and a further 3-4 min to become hot, and it was only a trickle.

Close to Pisa Station.

Really great location close to Pisa Train station and a short walk into town with cafes and restaurants. Good value for money for our quick stop over. The shared kitchen was actually quite a nice touch too and there was a little balcony to have breakfast in the sun.

The room had no air conditioning or fan. This would have been nice given how stuffy and hot it got at night. The apartment was 8 stories up and we had to open the windows at night to let some air in but unfortunately, this brough a heap of mosquitoes in too and we woke up with bites all over us in the morning. I think for future guest comfort especially during the summer months, there needs to be air conditioning or at least a fan provided.

Clean, comfy and well located

A clean and tidy room in an excellent location some 50 metres or so from the train station. There's also a nice little balcony with nice views across Pisa if you want to chill out with a glass of wine. Being close to the train station there's a variety of food & drink establishments and convenience stores close by.

Convenient with no frills

Location, Location. Book this place if you need to be close to the station - but don't expect any frills, as it feels like you are staying in a hostel. The host, John, is helpful and friendly.

It's on the 8th floor, so you rely on the elevator. The fittings in the room are of low quality and some need replacing, for example the bedside shelf fell off the wall. You share a toilet with other guests.

Nie miła informacja o wiadomości na WhatsApp. Ta wiadomość była w języku angielskim , którego nie znałam.... Mówię dobrze w języku włoskim ale nie chciano że mną rozmawiać w nim, odsyłając do informacji.. Podczas wcześniejszego kontaktu wyraźnie określiłaś godzinę mojego przyjazdu, ale pokój był zimny i nikt wcześniej nie włączył ogrzewania, a najbardziej przeszkadzało mi zupełny brak cieplej wody.... Mycie się zimą w zimnej wodzie nie należy do przyjemnych.

Recomendable, limpio y en una ubicación excelente al llegar en tren de otros destinos.

El piso, el dormitorio, el baño y la cocina muy limpia. La coordinación y respuesta del anfitrión muy rápida y efectiva.

Las almohadas un poco incómodas y no hubo agua al día siguiente lo cual impidió asearnos aunque el dueño asumió el pago de impuesto municipal como compensación.

- La posizione letteralmente a due passi dalla stazione centrale - la cordialità e disponibilità del proprietario - struttura carina e ben sistemata

- biancheria da letto con macchie di vario genre (ma ne fatto feedback al proprietario e confido che risolverà) - l’ascensore al piano non era particolarmente funzionante, quindi mi sono fatta una rampa di scale per arrivare al piano successivo e prenderlo

Гарна кімната, зручне розташування, на однаковій відстані аеропорт та Пізанська вежа, можна дійти пішки за 25хв. Зупинка автобуса #10, яким можна добратись до моря теж неподалік. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі .

На жаль, на момент нашого перебування кімнати ще не були обладнані кондиціонером, тож було дуже жарко. Проте в день нашого виїзду вже працював майстер, можливо наразі ця проблема вже не актуальна. Можливо, електричний чайник буде прекрасним доповненням до всієї іншої техніки на кухні

Prezzo ottimo, letto comodo e pulito. L'appartamento è abbastanza sistemato.

La zona un po' bruttina, in condominio un po' malandato. L'appartamento ha un po' di problemi da sistemare, come il bagno con lo scarico rotto e il bagnetto ha il pavimento rotto. La cucina non si capiva cosa si poteva usare e cosa era privato. Manca in camera da letto una scrivania vera e propria.

Che era vicino alla stazione, proprietario gentile.

Il bagno sporco, doccia con getto debole, posizione comoda ma sconsiglio ad una ragazza se arriva di notte. La porta di ingresso si apriva anche senza chiave.

Mi-a placut locatia, la doi pasi de gara, la limita zonei turistice. Rasarituri minunate sunt bonus.

Locatia este foarte aproape de gara, dar nu este zgomot. De la balcon se vede un rasarit splendid, plus decolari si aterizari, pentru cine e amator. Nu am avut probleme cu liftul. Wi-fi bun, dar tv are semnal slab (noua nu ne-a trebuit). Mini-market la scara si in cartier, a fost un pic racoare noaptea si un pic zgomotosi vecinii de apartament, este o locatie perfecta pentru familie mare sau grup de prieteni (3 dormitoare), paturi confortabile, 2 bai, se face curatenie zilnic in bai (cel putin noi asa am prins).

Este nevoie de plase de protectie impotriva tantarilor. Nu exista un mic dejun. Sunt alimente (iaurt, suc, apa) in frigiderul comun, dar nu stii ale cui sunt, astfel ca practic nu se consuma si nici propriile alimente nu le poti depozita la comun, din acelasi motiv.
