CAUTION ABOUT THE HOST

THE HOST TRIED TO SCAM ME AND THEN BLOCKED ME ON WHATSAPP. SHE WAS REFUSING TO SEND ME THE ACCESS CODE TO THE BUILDING HOPING I WOULD MISS THE MIDNIGHT CHECK-IN LIMIT SO THAT SHE COULD DENY ME THE ROOM AND KEEP THE MONEY. PRICE IS GOOD, BUT THE HOST IS REAL NASTY. BETTER TO AVOID.

We were bitten by bedbugs, and we even caught alive bedbugs in the beds, reported to both booking.com and the property, owner only said they did normal monthly disinfections.

Close to the central train station and the city shopping area. But if you will need to take buses to the Pisa tower.

1. No toilet in the room, for 6 rooms, I can only find 1 functional toilet. 2. In the room, only 1 fan which is too hot in the summer, couldn't sleep at all.

Good place, terrible staff, noise, and disturbance.

The location is really good. Close to the train station. You will have good mobility between the surrounding cities.

Our experience at the place was terrible and the staff really doesn't provide support. Since there is no one there, everything is by message and they respond poorly to it. On the night we arrived, the room was very cold. We asked for instructions on how to heat it up and they said it was central. In the end, we were cold every night. So far so good, but the shower also stopped the hot water halfway through. We talked to them and they said to wait because it took a long time, but they didn't want to understand that the water really stopped halfway through. That was bad and showed how unprepared the staff was. The worst part wasn't that and it's coming now. One night, someone started fighting in the hallway. There were screams and banging on the doors. We didn't understand anything because we didn't understand the language, but it was really scary. We were afraid. We contacted them and they said we didn't have to worry because what happened outside couldn't affect us. They didn't want to understand that it was inside the place. We were forced to stay locked in the room because of the violence. The management did nothing!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is good beside train station

Stayed here in December but heating wasn't on. Large enough room but there were no bulbs in the bedside lights. The big mystery was the ensuite. There was only a screen separating the ensuite from the 3 person room. In the ensuite, there was a sink, a shoewer and a bidet, BUT NO TOILET!!!!!! In fiarness, the room was reflected in the cost which could attract over night travellers.

The location is exceptional, very close to the train station and within walking distance to the bus station, the city center, the Leaning Tour. It was very clean, and comfortable, and the digital system of opening is working very well.

The hot water came very hard and it was only hot for a few minutes, before getting cold again and having to wait for it again. The coffee machine in the kitchen was not working.

Great location, 200m from the train station, close to the cafe and the tourist part of Pisa. An excellent base to visit 5Terre,Florence. Contact with the owner of the facility on whatsapp very good. Spacious rooms, with a comfortable bed, clean. The showers and sink in the room are a great idea, the toilet is shared in the corridor. No problems with entering to tge appartment and room (self check-in). Standard adequate to the price.

Better not to use the elevator, it's small and claustrophobic. You can be disappointed and not go to the 2nd floor if someone on the top floor did not close the elevator door properly.

Very comfortable, spacious rooms. The shared kitchen is great with a lovely balcony. The shared toilet is very clean. There was also a shower and a toilet in our room.

It’s located near the train station which is great if you’re travelling like we did. However the area felt a bit unsafe for 2 girls in their 20s at nighttime

my worst booking so far

location is great

there is no AC, they provided us with standing fan, but fan was so dusty, that we had to open it and clean it ourselves, otherwise the wind wouldn’t blow. And all that happened during the crazy European heatwave. Also the lift in the building worked only from like 5th attempt
