Casa Pepe si trova in posizione centralissima a Pisa, a pochi passi dal centro storico e comoda a bar e ristoranti. La camera singola è spaziosa e il letto confortevole. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato e dispone di tutte le comodità necessarie, incluso un microonde molto utile per chi preferisce cucinare in casa.
Alcuni aspetti strutturali potrebbero essere migliorati, come lo scarico del bagno che presenta qualche difetto, sebbene le istruzioni fornite aiutino a gestirlo. Valentina, la host, è stata molto disponibile e ha risolto prontamente un piccolo inconveniente con le chiavi.

Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti da tutte le principali attrazioni, struttura molto pulita e host gentile che mi ha permesso di fare il check-out alle 12 (fuori orario)
Lo sciacquone del bagno è veramente difettoso, sicuramente da riparare!
Faceva freddo in camera, riscaldamento spento a dicembre non ammissibile, la camera aveva un piccolo lucchetto come chiusura della porta, cosa poco sicura! Manca la tv in camera.

Fürdőszobát és a konyhát meg kellett osztani idegenekkel.Hideg volt a szobában, fáztunk, főleg hajnalban.
Belső ajtók nagyon elavultak,, ajtó zárak nem megfelőek.
