Very satisfactory accommodation

Very kind host, you feel like home, in a family. The location is perfect for being at the main train station very quickly. The beds are comfy, everything is clean.

Maybe a bit thin windows that weren’t able to mute the noise from the street. The bathroom was obviously separate from the room, which is what we signed up for.

Solid accommodation in the city center

The apartment is located in the main street in the historical center. The room and shared premises (kitchen and the bathroom) were clean and well equipped. You can hear the noise from the street, but we expected that. Breakfast was simple, toasts and cake, supply of tea and coffee was nice. We could leave our luggages in the lobby for 2 more hours after checkout.

The beds were quite hard, less comfy for older people. We left the room before 10am before checkout time. I asked if my old mother could stay sitting in the shared kitchen waiting for our connection, but I was rejected. Don't expect extra mile here.

Convenient location and the host was very flexible with check in, which made it easy.

The whole apartment is somehow faded. No possibility to leave the luggage for the day after checkout

Pisa for one night

Great location. Walking distance to the Tower of Pisa and tourist area. Very short walk to the Pisa Centrale rail station. Great spot when catching an early train or plane.

Third floor. Some of our party don't like stairs.

The room was clean and with a private bathroom! The location is perfect in the very center of town! The landlady welcomes you and gives you the keys which is nice!

The room is quite narrow for four people. The common kitchen was not cosy and the utensils were not very clean. The so-called breakfast is just milk, coffee, biscuits, bread and butter.

Good shared bathroom option

We were only for one night but Patrizia made sure we felt welcomed. Rooms are clean. There was spacious kitchen available. Bathroom and kitchen are shared among 3 rooms.

Keep in mind that rooms are located directly on noisy street.

Good location, it's the main shopping street and the one you walk into from the station. Close to everything. Very kind and helpful owner. Im always happy when a towel was being offered instead of bringing your own :)

Terrible experience, disappointing attitude and overpriced

Good location and I could leave my bag before noon in the facility

Since the window was left open all day after cleaning, the room was extremely cold. There was also no hot water after using it for 6 seconds. Even if I asked the owner to switch on the heating she said no because of regulations but there was also an air conditioner that she didn't allow to use either. In other (much cheaper and better) accommodations in Pisa, they allowed me to use AC for heating... All depends on the attitude towards clients. She blamed everything on the regulation and acted like its my fault that I am cold. You cannot accomodate people in that cold, at least she could've payed attention and close the window! I also told her she could've at least send me a note about this prior to arriving so i can bring more hot clothes. She gave me an extra blanket but that didn't help very much on the throat. Terrible experience, she was not kind or helpful at all, she got angry that I was cold and asking for help!!!

Great location and short walk from train atation

A.Nice welcome from the host... room was large with own bathroom and shared kitxhen.. short walk from the station but in a great location for shops and bars and about 10 -.15 min walk to the tower... good WiFi

When arrive.... apparrment is on top floor... wait for lady to send lift down if have heavy bags...Street noise overnight.... had windows open as warm so own fault ... maybe.. as couldn't Air-conditioning to work... breakfaat was a few bits of toast and biscuits with coffee and teas... OK but no good for larger appetites... hot water wouldn't 1 day but after speaking to lady fixed it for 2nd day...
