After this very bad start things got better. The accommodation was perfect for our needs

Problem with the key safes outside the property. We were given the wrong numerical codes to open the safes. We rang the owner who was reluctant to come to sort out the problem!!! Waited half an hour for some one to come. It was late in the evening, cold and badly lit.

Perfetto

Situated on a quite street on a 5 min walk to the Pisa Centrale. Perfect location for those who want to do day trips to another Tuscany places by train. 20 min by foot to the airport. The room is modern and spacious. The host was very kind to allow is to check in the morning.

A great place to stay in Pisa

We stayed only one night but really liked it. The location was convenient for us - super near the train station and around 15-20 mins to the airport on foot. The room was not so big but it was super cozy and modern. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was really nice. There was a shared kitchenette with everything we needed. Super easy check-in and check-out, great communication with the host.

Nice property - but poor management and communication.

The room was modern and clean with good kitchen facilities.

The kitchen area was shared - so apartment was smokey when the tenants in the other room were burning mosquito coils in the shared space. The managers then wrote us an email accusing us of damaging property and moving furniture outside and demanded compensation. When explaining it wasn't us, we received no acknowledgement or apology from them.

Very disappointing

It was new and clean

We received no information prior to check in time - (needed code to get key) there messaging was rude . The room smelt , the bed was very firm, there was no internet (we requested help several times and they didn’t respond ) the tv did not work (not sure why it was in the room ) would not recommend this place - such a lovely city, sadly this place wasn’t like the city

Alojamiento decente en Pisa

La ubicacion, cerca de la estacion para cruzar al centro de la ciudad. Posibilidad de parking, zona azul (0,75€/hora)

La cama era un poco incomoda, se notaban los muelles. El piso tiene una cocina compartida, por lo tanto cada vez que alguien entraba por ahi, se notaba mucho el ruido.

Cama incómoda, el resto bien

Las instalaciones son modernas y en líneas generales están bien. Pero...

Desde mi punto de vista lo más importante de un alojamiento es la cama. Si la cama no es nada cómoda, y leyendo los comentarios de otros usuarios veo que tienen la misma sensación que yo, todo lo demás se tambalea. El resto de instalaciones pese a ser buenas quedan en un segundo plano porque la cama no invita a tener una buena experiencia. Amigos de B&B La Quarantola, deberían tomar nota y ponerse las pilas porque con una buena cama, la experiencia sería muy gratificante. Y otro consejo, tener el Check Out tan temprano resta puntos, deberían plantear ampliar el horario. Gracias

Las instalaciones están totalmente nuevas y son cómodas.

La atención del personal es insuficiente, tardan mucho en contestar, piden foto de los documentos algo que es ilegal aunque te dicen que no, se puede dar los datos pero no la foto por la ley de protección de datos. Cuidado con dejar algo de comida en la habitación hay hormigas y se plaga toda la comida.

Excelente e impecable

Tal cual está en las fotos, se ve que es nuevo. Limpio, completamente ordenado, limpio, teníamos cafetera en la habitación, te, aguas en botellita. El baño impecable y muy grande, no era cama de matrimonio pero eran grandes y cómodas. Todos los detalles nos encantaron. Aunque un poco lejos del centro pero muy cerca del aeropuerto.

Escribí por qué me pidieron documentos por email, y por protección de datos pedí otro método de entrega de documentos y sin problema. Es verdad que tardaron muchos días en contestarme y me dieron el código el día de llegada, puesto que yo no había enviado los documentos por correo electrónico. Sin embargo, me dieron un número y por WhatsApp nos comunicamos sin problema.

Un bon rapport qualité/prix

Appartement spacieux et la partie commune aussi. Les chambres disposaient de tout l’équipement nécessaire y compris la climatisation. La chambre était propre et silencieuse. Malgré la situation géographique qui paraît éloignée, le centre se trouve à 15-20 minutes de marche en passant par le Gare ce qui n’est pas excessif.

La literie avec un matelas peu confortable et un matelas double serait plus plaisant que deux matelas une place.

Strategická poloha blízko vlakového nádraží, ze kterého můžete cestovat i do dalších měst pohodlně vlakem. Do centra města Pisa je to také kousek. Vše bylo krásně čisté, kuchyň skvěle vybavená. Komunikace s majitelem výborná. Mohli jsme si nechat kufr na ubytování ještě před check-in a jít tak prozkoumávat krásy města Pisa.
