Welcoming, hospitable, and clean!

Patrizio, the owner, could not have been more helpful or hospitable! I arrived late during the off-season, but he greeted me with food and drink and was happy to help! Room and facilities were spotless. Worked online the next morning before leaving for the train station, a short walk from the house. Exactly what I needed! Grazie Mille!

Hot water didn’t seem to work, but it being the off-season and I being the ONLY guest, it makes sense. No harm done.

Good value b&b, very convenient for train station and airport, helpful and friendly host.

Located very near train station, near airport, and near a good restaurant, so very convenient. Host was very helpful - he even came to meet us at Pisa airport, which was really helpful as we arrived quite late in the evening. He speaks English.

Ensuite bathroom always preferable to a separate bathroom, but is also of course more expensive, and for the price this place was very good value. Street entrance is a bit shabby - just like tenements in Edinburgh! - but the inside accommodation itself is fine.

Great location next to the train station

The location is perfect. As we were there for 5 nights and taking the train every day, the location was more than perfect. It's so close to the train station, that this saved us a lot of time. When we arrived we had bottles of water in the room, snacks and a coffee capsules. The water was a life changer as we didn't go to look for a store that day. The coffee too, because we were taking trains early every day. So making coffee and then going to take the train was so good. The host was very nice. We had a little issue with the hot water and when I asked him about it, he was in the apartment a few minutes later, taking care of that. And the issue was fixed :) There is a kitchen we could use with everything necessary. Every room has a shelf in the fridge to leave their stuff. My sister and I had an excellent time there. If I ever go back to Pisa I would stay in this place again :)

When someone opens and closes the doors it is a little loud. The oven wasn't working but that wasn't an issue because we could use the microwave.

Very good value for the money.

The location was an easy 5 minute walk from the train station. Numerous restaurants nearby as well as the main artery to the Leaning Tower and other historic buildings. Walked in 20 minutes. Host is a funny guy and explained everything well.

Great stay with the superb Patrizio.

Just what we needed, Patrizio was absolutely excellent and even got us from the airport to make things easier for us! Super central location and a as just what we needed for a quick overnight stay.

Some mozzies in the night so be sure to put mozzy repellent!

Perfect stay next to the train station

The location was great : next to the train station, a 20 min walk from the airport and the city center. It was also very calm outside so we slept with the window open instead of the AC. Patrizio, the owner, was very friendly and gave us some recommandations. Everything was clean and tidy and we got some snacks/coffee in our room which was super nice !

It's a shame that the toilet is in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Great place to stay near the train station 😀

The hosts (father and daughter) welcomed us upon our arrival and shared some recommendations about places to visit and restaurants to eat. I would recommend the restaurant La Buca, near the lodging. The room we stayed in (king bed and single bed) was quiet and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay and the hosts were great.

We knew we had to share the bathroom with other guests, but it was a little awkward not knowing who else was staying in the apartment. I would recommend asking Patrizio (the host) information about the other guests so that you feel more comfortable. Also, out of the three bedrooms in the apartment one of them has its own private bathroom. I would recommend booking that room if you'd like to have more privacy.

1 night before flight home

We only stayed 1 night but wished we had stayed more! The room was big and the bed comfortable, and while I don't usually care about air conditioning it was an absolute relief in the heatwave. The host was very welcoming and had even left us refrigerated water and snacks. The shared bathroom was big and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including coffee. The host went absolutely above and beyond for us - saving my partner from losing a treasured possession. We can't thank him enough. The location is also close to the station and the airport and was very convenient.

Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to Pisa Centrale station. Patrizio is a smashing guy who picked us up from the airport, which was such a nice thing to do after a long journey. There is a shared kitchen with a coffee machine and some snacks in the bedroom which were welcome.

Fantastic cozy Italian spot, fabulous location!

Perfect location and incredible host :) we really enjoyed our room very conveniently 5 min away from train station and 15 min walk from airport. We had a basket of snacks water and great food as well which served us perfectly! Only down is that you share bathroom with another room, But we had 0 issues and no waiting at all Thank you again for having us!

Excellent room for short stay with the best host

Patrizio was an excellent host, even picked us up from the airport and explained everything clearly for us. The room was a perfect location for us as we only had half a day to explore Pisa before heading to the train station and Patrizio was even able to hold our bags for us for a few hours. We rarely enjoyed our short stay and would not hesitate to recommend it.

The shower head holder needs to be tightened but apart from that there was nothing else we didn’t like

Memorable for warm hospitality.

Patrizio, our host, went beyond expectations! He picked us up from airport at midnight to facilitate an easy checkin. He was so welcoming and took great care of us. The property is very close to train station, which we needed early the next morning. While the property is in an area that maybe a little untidy, the room and bed were comfortable and the convenience for our onward travel was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The great service more than made up for the property that may well need some updates in the future, but we had everything we needed for a one night stay and left with a smile on our face due to our experience with the host.

Patrizio gave us such a warm welcome to Pisa and even dropped us off to the leaning tower. Our accommodation was right next to the train station and close to many restaurants. We had everything we needed during our stay

Perfect location within a few minutes walking distance from Pisa Stazione Centrale. Bus stop LAM VERDE (towards Airport) right across the road. We were welcomed by Patrizio and his wife who made us feel like family members! He helped us to carry our luggage up the stairs and gave us instructions on the map on how to visit the town! Very tidy and comfortable bedroom, well decorated and warm! Spotless bathroom and soft towels. Snacks, coffee pods, and an interesting selection of books were available on the desk! We would have loved to stay longer. Patrizio has been the BEST HOST WE HAVE EVER MET !!!! Sara & Fionn

The rooms are beautiful with great and quiet air conditioning. Although you share a bathroom and shower with other guests, there are only 3 rooms in the whole place and it is exceptionally clean. You even get your own shower Matt aswell as towels. We were also given a lift to the airport in the morning free of charge. I would stay here again and recommend it. Excellent value for money

A beautiful, friendly stay in Pisa

My host was wonderful and the vibe around the apartment was perfect. Lots of coffee and free snacks on hand. The room was beautiful and big with a very comfortable bed. I would happily stay there for longer if I ever come back to Pisa.

Amazing location with a kind host

Perfect location just a 2 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. The photos don't do the rooms justice! Our room was spacious, comfortable, had a small balcony, and tons of snacks, water, and coffee/tea! Our host was so kind and welcoming, gave us tips for what to do in Pisa, and was there to clean every single day, so the place was absolutely spotless! He took great care of us, insisted on giving us snacks and water every day, and even texted us to let us know of an event taking place at the tower to celebrate its 850th anniversary! We would have never known otherwise. AC and wifi were perfect and the shared bathroom/kitchen were always clean.

On day 3 of our stay, the shower began to drain a little slowly.

Amazing hosts. The owner even dropped us off at the airport. It felt like we're visiting our own family. The room and the bedroom are really clean and cosy and the accomodation is really close to the Pisa center and it's literally 100 meters from central station. When I visit Pisa again I'll definitely come back here.
