Close to the station so I could drop my bags then head off for the sights.
I was confused about which room was mine once I entered the first floor. It would be helpful to get the room number with the access code.

Very close to Pisa Centrale station -
It could do with a little more signage as we arrived via taxi from airport and had difficulty locating entrance.

Location, very clean, great shower, staff were lovely

It was very close to the Train Station and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.
We were in a room on the first floor next to a busy road, which even though blinds and windows were closed kept us awake most of the night.
