Good for an overnight stay

Good sized room and decent shower. Little breakfast snacks available and tea/coffee all day. Effective air con. Very handy for train station and airport: couple of bakeries & bar/cafes nearby. About 25min walk to Leaning Tower.

Need somewhere to hang towels. Bed a bit low. Quite a lot of noise through the night - a persistent machine humming: maybe air con units (so not a great sleep).

Clean Room Close to Train Station

The unit is on one floor of a building on a street quite close to the train station. The street itself is easy to get to. The room was large and clean with doors that opened onto a small balcony within an older courtyard area. The kitchen area had hot water and tea available.

The street itself was not so appealing but it was easy to get to and there was a nice little bakery on the corner. The bed was a bit low for our tastes. The photographs online showed a washing machine which we assumed we could use, but upon arrival, we were told it was not for customers. We needed a washing machine at this point in our trip so we were not too pleased with this. (Just change the picture! )

Cosy stay in Pisa

Didn't expect breakfast and we were quite happy with complementary breads & spreads available for breakfast and the coffee machine and microwave. Mini fridge in the room allowed us to get milk and fruits from a nearby grocery stores. Railway station being close by helped us to tour nearby cities easily.

Access to the building was not very visible and we didn't know that the room was located on the 1st floor of an apartment building. However, staff were there to welcome us.

Good value for money, great for a night and easy to get to after a late flight, and central location.

We stayed in Hello Pisa B&B for one night after arriving into Pisa on a late flight. It was ideal for one night, about a 10 minutes taxi ride from airport and then across the road from the train station, and a very short walk into the heart of Pisa the following day to explore. Overall comfortable room, the host was friendly and very helpful.

The walls of rooms were very thin, we could hear somebody snoring in the next room, so the sleep wasn’t great that night.

I recommend it as a base for exploring Pisa and the surrounding area

First of all, excellent communication with the property, both by email and in person – the gentleman who welcomed us was very polite, friendly, and professional. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the equipment was perfect. The space isn’t very large, but it’s perfectly sufficient for a family of three. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Great easy stay

Great simple, safe accommodation a 20 minute walk from the airport, and 2 minute walk from train station. We landed at midnight and was sent the details to check in, no issues at all. Left by 7am. Very easy, clean, and responsibly priced.

If it hadn’t been for the noise, the apartment would have been fine.

It was very close to the Train Station and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We were in a room on the first floor next to a busy road, which even though blinds and windows were closed kept us awake most of the night.

Location very convenient to train station but not a nice area of the city. 20-30 minute walk to Tower of Pisa from the hotel. Clean room, beds OK, air conditioning and bathroom facilities worked well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was very small for 3 beds. Very little place to store luggage, etc. Not a nice location except for proximity to train station. Not much in the way of restaurants/cafes in the immediate area but enough to get by for a night.

A very convenient, clean and comfortable place.

Extremely close to the station and airport plus easy walking to all of Pisa’s attractions. Piazzo Vittorio is minutes away and has some lovely places to eat and drink. Communication was excellent. The beds were exceptionally comfortable as was the a/c which was much needed in 35 degree heat! Some reviews say the area feels unsafe at night. I disagree, the area is lively and felt very safe plus there was a military presence just 1 minute away at the station!

Cancelling my booking. I had my phone stolen but made my way to the property and somebody was kind enough to ring, it was late evening, only to be told my booking didn’t exist. They still took the money for the booking

One might have some thoughts about the area around the trainstation at night but we never had a problem and enjoyed a nice evening.

Clean, cute decor, with kind and welcoming hosts who really care.

Great location- 2 blocks from the railway station. Very accommodating hosts, who made sure my check in went smoothly when my connecting flight was several hours late and I arrived late at night. After a 24 hr trip traveling from the US, I was greeted the next morning with a delicious cappuccino by the host- so thoughtful! The common area and room were both clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming. Host was kind to allow me to store luggage during day while sightseeing. Great experience- will stay here again.

Pleasant stay.

A nice and comfortable stay at Hello Pisa B&B. Its close to the train station and also walking distance to the Leaning tower of Pisa and the shopping district. We met with Gani who came to meet us and was helpful. The breakfast here is good with some bakery eats, fruit and juices in a common shared kitchen.

Just ok but at least it was safe.

It was ok. Yes, you get what you pay for but this was just ok. Room 1, right off the breakfast room, is pretty noisy with people making themselves tea 24hrs a day or slamming cupboard doors. It’s also right across the doors out to the smoking area so you could hear those sliding at all hours. The shower was fine, but could use new grout. But, all in all, was fine for one night—it felt safe.

The property is located near the train station, within a short distance to the main tourist attractions. There’s plenty of restaurants, cafes and convenient shops within walking distance. The rooms are tiny but very clean. Very friendly staff and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable.

Due to the proximity to the train station, it is loud even with the windows closed.

Near Pisa central station

The property locates right on the corner of Pisa Centrale railway station but the room was calm. The room had AC, TV , a table, minibar. The bathroom had comfortable shower, WC. The common kitchen had kettler, microwave and elecric oven. The staff was helpful

Good location. Literally, in front of the train station and very close walking to the center. The room was very simple and small, but clean and comfortable. I loved that you always have coffee and infusions available and in the mornings they leave you things for breakfast.

The host was very accommodating. Due to flight delay I arrived v late 1pm. The host checked in with me before I arrived and was outside waiting for me. It is very close to trains, buses and only 15 mins walk from airport which had to be done due to no taxis or train at late hour. Very clean and comfy bed.

A good stay

The room was ok. A normal size for just one person. The location was very close to train station (2 min walk) and about 5 min to the main street with all the shops. The breakfast was simple with tea, coffee (no Juice), with some packaged croissants, muffins, cookies, jam and bread.

Very convenient location when arriving and departing Pisa by train

Although fairly basic, the room was well decorated and the bed was comfortable

There was no reception desk. Entry was by passcode which normally required a phone call. My UK pay-as-you-go phone was not set up for Italy, and was low on credit and the battery was low . Fortunately a member of staff was on hand and assisted me with entry. Everything was self service and breakfast was rather basic

The location was good-close to the train station; spacious room with comfy beds, nice, clean and warm room. Ideal for a short stay.

Breakfast was not to our likes. Cookies, toasts, croissants- everything was pre-packed. We didn't expect this sort of ''breakfast''.
