A perfect place to stay with a fabulous host.

Very comfortable and very well appointed room. Every little detail has been thought of, and the communal area / kitchen was fabulous - we didn’t expect to have access to such great facilities! The host was very friendly and helpful, with great communication.

The location is amazing. Just 7 minutes walking from the Pisa tower and 2 minutes walking from some charming streets with plenty of restaurants and shops The room was super clean and its spacious.

The location was superb, and so was the room, which was very clean, elegant and cosy

As we went to the cafe for our breakfast, the cleaning staff came into the room and started cleaning it, although we still had almost 2 hours till check-out time, and we were still going to use the facilities before leaving the city!

We were double charged for the room and despite sharing bank statements and other evidence to show the double charge, booking.com and La Lu Cozy rooms have refused to offer a refund. I would avoid this place as you might get scammed and if you have stayed here then I would check your bank statements to make sure you haven't been ripped off.

Short overnight stay in lovely accommodation

Lovely accommodation in the middle of Pisa. It was less than 10 minutes walk from the Leaning Tower. Loads of lovely little touches with a kitchen common room…coffee machine… a fresh water tank… some free drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was served in a lovely cafe around the corner with the nicest cup of coffee I ever tasted 😍

Ideal for a short city stay in Pisa.

Well kept room- very tidy. Really polite staff/owner who allowed us to leave our luggage whilst we went into Pisa.

Not the fault of the property but be aware it can be a little noisy as windows are close to the street. This did not however impact our stay.

Fantastic stay in Pisa - Gorgeous B&B

Fab location just round corner from Tower of Pisa. Gorgeous b&b with everything we needed. Easy check in, beautifully decorated room and bathroom. Toiletries included. Lovely communal kitchen area. Excellent communication from hosts. Would definitely recommend. We only stayed one night, wish we were there longer.

Made my first trip to Italy a very memorable enjoyable one.

The location was amazing the decor was clean fresh and modern. Liked the fact that you had a kitchen that was thoughtfully stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, sweets. The fridge had complimentary soft drinks for the guests. Everything was so thoughtfully planned out and the hosts catered for their guests as if it was themselves that we’re staying there and I suppose what they would have liked.

The room was beautiful, cosy, and clean, with all the expected amenities including toiletries and an iron. The communal area was a great bonus, offering coffee, filtered water, tea, cookies, slippers, charger ports, and even umbrellas—making our stay extra comfortable and stress-free. The host was responsive and checked in with us during both check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated.

This property is ideally located in Pisa. Close to great bars and restaurants, close to the town centre and most of all the Tower itself. It is nicely decorated, comfortable and possibly the cleanest of any stay we have had anywhere.

Exceptional

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at La Lu Cozy Rooms. This charming B&B is in a fantastic location in Pisa old town. Located within a 15 minute walk of the central station it is adjacent to Piazza dei Cavalieri & just 5 minutes from the leaning tower of Pisa. There are a plenty of bars & restaurants nearby. We took the Pisa Mover from the airport, it’s only 2 stops, trains run every 6-8 minutes making it easy to reach your accommodation. Luisa is a fantastic host & takes great pride in La Lu. The decor is stylish & the room was very comfortable with all amenities. We kept in touch throughout our stay & it was lovely to have a host so caring & attentive. Upon our arrival we were sent instructions for how to access the B&B along with our room card key & breakfast tokens for each day of our stay. Breakfast is at Cavalieri in the next street between 7:30AM & 10AM daily. Sadly we didn’t get to take advantage of the breakfast as we had a full itinerary each day. In the entrance to La Lu you will see plenty of post it notes from past guests all with glowing feedback following their stay. There are also several business cards for restaurants in the local area. Our room dei Cavalieri was off the main communal room on the ground floor. It was perfect for a short stay, there were tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning & complimentary toiletries provided. Off the communal room is the indoor courtyard - another great touch to La Lu. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend La Lu & hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. Thank you again Luisa!

A little gem of a place

Everything was perfect here. The location is amazing with only a very short walk to the Tower of Pisa. Finding the b&b was straightforward, and the instructions to gain access were perfect. The room was so lovely, tastefully decorated, spotless, and everything we needed. There is use of the kitchen also should you wish, with some complimentary drinks available, which was another lovely touch. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! 🤩

Fantastic location - 5 mins walk from the Leaning Tower. Informal “Air B&B style” check in with combination box, which is fine as we arrived late. Don’t mind that at all. Friendly staff who quickly resolved an issue with the AC. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast included at a cafe down the road. Great value for money.

Unfortunately it was *very* noisy on both the nights we stayed (external noise). Unsure where the noise was coming from - sounded like a club or bar with someone on microphone. Didn’t stop untill 5am so we had broken sleep. I’m not sure how the owners could improve this situation or whether it was just a one off event, but it meant we both had only 3-4 hours sleep maximum on both nights, and was shattered by the time we moved on to Florence for the next leg of our trip. The bathroom was also quite small and the shower awkward as there was no shelves to put your shampoo/shower gel ect on.

Excellent location, close to the main tourist attraction in Pisa and very quiet. Well-kept room, clean and with everything you need for a stay. Self check in/out, easy to do, with the advantage of being able to leave your bags after checking out.

Nothing major. What I can point out is that the air conditioning was not working at 100%, or at the limit we had difficulty circulating enough air, but I admit that it could be my fault...otherwise everything is OK.

Lovely apartment within less than 10 minutes walk away from the Tower of Pisa. The apartment was perfect for a short stay in Pisa, very clean and super comfortable bed! Great communication from the host and they even left us a little gift for my husband's birthday!

Location is practical, Breakfast is simple, but good. if you want to eat more then you have to pay for it yourself. everything was very clean easy communication with Luisa

My husband is sensitive to noise. that made it hard to for him sleep in our room which is on ground floor by the street. if you are a person who have trouble sleeping, then think twice and choose a calmer place.
