Overall, I am satisfied.

A pleasant and friendly hostess welcomed me and explained everything. She showed me a cozy room and said that if I had any questions, I could either call her or write to her on WhatsApp. The room had all the amenities: clean bedding, towels, toilet, shower, hairdryer—everything I needed for two days.

The only thing I missed was indoor slippers.

Great location, dumb check-in.

Great location, away from the crowds. Good apartment.

Beware, MOZZIES, lots of them! Check-in was not easy. You have to call to make an appointment! I stood outside the front door (as arranged) for 30 mins, while the host waited for me in the apartment! Wasn't until I got fed up and rang the bell, did she tell me she was 3 floors upstairs! (oh, and there is a lift!) Not happy!

A clean, well-equipped room in a perfect location with a helpful host – an ideal stay in Pisa!

The room is very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is fantastic – just a 5-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which made exploring the city so easy. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making check-in and the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Pisa!

The only thing we didn’t expect was that the host entered the room in our absence to tidy up and make the bed. While we appreciated the effort, it would have been nice to know in advance so we could arrange our belongings accordingly.

Not worth it.

Just the location is that is worth it. And the fact that they let us do an early check in. Giulia was responsive to what’s app.

Noisy from upstairs, paper thin walls, you want to hear a joke? You have to pay 0.5€ to get a coffee pod from an automatic machine in house, I know it’s funny. No hot water and no pressure that was the main problem for me, you had to wait 10 minutes for the water that has absolutely 0 pressure and the hot water would last for maybe 3 minutes, when I asked they said that is fine in the kitchen. Bed was rubbish and the pillows where thick as an a4 sheet, a scent of mold was in the air aswell all of this for a regular payment of just 130€ per night absolutely absurd. Check out 10:00 that’s new too. You are redefining the word hospitality in a very dark way. Do better

close to Pisa Tower. The room and toilet are clean. The support staff (Julia) was very supportive - I appreciate her.

plenty of mosquitos in the room. Poor quality bath towels. No hot water to bath. No heating against the cold, no extension box to connect my electronic device from my country to the socket on the wall in the room so i had to buy a device for myself that i did not need to buy. The street looked unsafe and made me concerned for my security. Too expensive for the lower quality room. Outside security door downstairs was left open a few times after i checked in - this made me uncomfortable from a security standpoint.

Very nice apartment

Very convenient for walking, just 1 minute from the tower. Good wifi. COFFEE MAKER and excellent kitchen. The owner is very friendly and suggested a couple of cool places and how to spend time better.

A nice place for short stay and close to Pisa Tower

The room was clean and well maintained, with a nice balcony that you can see Pisa Tower from there. The landlady was cheerful and supportive.

The hotel is located within an apartment! Basically, they have converted an apartment into some rooms (our room had a private bathroom inside it) with a shared kitchen. The sink in the restroom was clogged, and they didn't fix it when we were there. The wifi speed was not that good, and the parking lots on the street next to the hotel were not free from 8:00 to 20:00, but they were free on weekends.

It woulld have been good to have a sign by the door that was easy to see. I am 76, not got great eyesight. I thought I was at the wrong place. Would like to have had facilities to make tea in the kitchen , e.g., there were tea bags but no milk, it would be handy to have the UHT small milk cartons like they have on the planes and trains.

Good for a short stay

It's a nice and big room. It has a balcony from where you can catch a glimpse of the leaning tower which is a 5 minute walk away. The owner was very friendly. She didn't speak much English, but we managed to communicate. She even gave us tips on what to see and where to get good food in the area. There is a free parking on a nearby street (3 minute walk), but it's very bumpy. The building has a tiny elevator. We arrived an hour later than check in time so we called the owner and she answered right away and was there to meet us in about 5 minutes.

Since this is an apartment building we weren’t sure we were in the right place when we arrived because there was no sign anywhere. In the room, it took as a while to figure out how to get hot water for showering. The pillows are very low so maybe bring your own if you like a higher one.

located very close to the leaning tower of Pisa. The kitchen was very modern and had good facilities. very spacious. The sofa was a very nice addition.

sound black curly hairs around the toilet. When you flush the toilet, the water never seem to refill, it will take hours and you could hear the noise of the toilet refilling. the shutters to the balcony were broken, so it was almost like being in a cage. The TV was lovely with Freeview. However, due to the size and location of the bed it was quite difficult to enjoy television.

A little underwhelming

The location was great for a short walk to the tower. The bed was great and it had a kitchen with facilities. The windows to the street was a good view and also provided fresh air.

There was no free parking. The parking was 27 euro. We asked the lady about parking but she said it was free after 2pm, to which we arrived after 2pm and left at 8am the next day. It was expensive when told it was free. The bathroom was poor as the toilet didn't flush. You need to use a brush to push the waste down the pipe when flushing. Otherwise, it stays in the bowl. Even after 5 flushes. You need to manually push the waste down the pipe. The shower was dirty and mouldy. The rubber for the shower door was very old, broken, and mouldy. There was mould on the roof in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken and moved when you sat down on it. There was an awful smell in the bathroom of old mouldy water. The elevator was very old and small. Only one person with bags could go up in the elevator.

Nice distance from Pisa tower

It really is 7 mins walking distance to the Lean Tower of Pisa. The host was nice but did not know English.

We did not had access to the terrace from the room, the covers were down on the window and not working. We did not see natural light from the room. The kitchen is common and if you want coffee you have a vending machine inside that you can by from. The parking spaces the lady from the property said are free but they are free only during the night.
