Przepiękna willa. Przestrzenny obiekt z pięknymi kamiennymi schodami i podłogami. Nowoczesna i cicha klimatyzacja nie budząca w nocy, bardzo blisko do historycznego centrum. Prywatny parking na posesji!

Welcoming host, great location near the center and several gratuities on arrival (coffee pods, cookies and cold water). Working AC and everything was clean. Thank you!
There was an area of the apartment which was private but not possible to lock during the night but the sleeping area had its own keys so it was ok.

The spaciousness of the rooms, the all equipped large kitchen, the old architecture, the possibility to park the car inside, the terrace, the friendly staff, the location not far from the leaning tower, spacious bathrooms and shower.
I guess it depends from the ppl but the other hosts weren't very keen to get to know the other travellers in the common kitchen. Don't expect to be in a Young Hostel traveler mindset. The beds were a bit hard to our taste.

Bellissima zona, tranquilla ed elegante, inoltre la signora è davvero disponibile e gentile. Nonostante il check out alle 11, ci ha fatto rimanere fino alle 14 all'interno della villa.
Bello anche il giardino.
Pisa si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi.
Parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla residenza.
C'è una pizzeria e un bar a pochi metri.
