The service was amazing! There was a problem with my first room and they have offered to refund me the money or move to another location right away. They really tried everything to make you happy.

The cleanliness. The bathroom is isolated and remains closed at all times. The ventilation is not good so mould is in place.

Very good value for money, easy to walk to the city centre, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable room! The staff is very communicative and attentive, really appreciated this!

The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, the bedroom was enough for a family of three, and the location was good.

Dislocated bathroom, i.e. separate from the room, you have to go through the hallway past other rooms to get to your bathroom. Even though you have a key to your bathroom, it's not the same as having the bathroom in the room. So it's definitely not a "private bathroom" as it says in the apartment description. The shower in the bathroom is broken and leaks everywhere. There is no hot water. The air conditioner makes a strange noise when it is working. Parking is available on the street in front of the apartment and is paid.
