Yes clean room. Shower needs deep clean. I found no bedside light very inconvenient.

This is a good property, but I would definitely recommend that they mention the check in process online, especially for people arriving a little late at night . First off this property is in an area that doesn’t allow cars so I had to walk all the way to search for it. It was a hassle to get in as this B&B is located in a yard that is accessed through a building which requires an access code.. I was just lucky to find someone who opened the door for me and gave me the number to contact the owner/ manager.
It took me over an hour just to get in and figure out parking, which by the way is 20 euros extra.
Other than that , the property is charming and clean with a great breakfast included. And it’s walking distance to the Leaning tower of Pisa.
Also the staff was kind enough to let us store our luggage after check out .

Beautiful property with excellent check in instructions. I did have to reach out to get the instructions and would be good if these could be sent out automatically. Room was beautiful and had character. Screened windows allowed us to reduce use of the ac. A few ledges in the bathroom were a little dusty or it would have been a full 5 stars

A lovely, extremely comfortable place to stay. The lounge areas were lovely and made us feel at home. We arrived in the afternoon and there were refreshments and freshly baked pastries for us. This is a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely stay there again.
