Everything!! Perfect position, considering its proximity to the tower, it’s so reasonably priced. It’s clean and has everything you need in a stay whether it be short or longer, but what really made it was Giacomo the manager, he’s very responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Giacomo you made our short time in Pisa perfect.

The close distance to the leaning tower, and great restaurants in the area
Everything was okay, except another noisy guest, other than that fantastic

Close to the tower
Could not sleep due to the loud noise outside during the night (people talking very loud an lots of motors at full throttle) - windows not soundproof at all. Moreover, room walls and door also not soundproof, you can hear everything from hall/other room. Mattress also bad, too loose to properly hold your back in position.
