Beautifully furnished property in a great part of Pisa, right next to a park and 15 mins walk to the leaning tower. We had a lovely welcome package including biscuits and fruit. Check-in instructions were simple and easy. I would recommend it to other guests looking to stay somewhere stylish. Many thanks!

I have stayed in many places around the world, but I have never seen a bedroom so exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room is beautifully decorated, combining authenticity and vintage charm, and the hand-painted Italian ceiling is absolutely stunning. Susanna, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The apartment is surrounded by charming Italian cafés and restaurants and is only a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It is located next to a beautiful church and a lovely tree-lined square. The attention to detail in the decoration is impeccable.
The only small inconvenience was that the bathroom was located outside the bedroom. However, it was extremely clean and very well maintained, so this did not affect our overall experience.

Lovely boutique residence in an excellent Pisa location. Room was compact but artistically decorated, comfortable and perfect for our two night stay. Easy to walk to historical center for sights and restaurants. Community park across the street was a lively greenspace and Pam supermarket was right nearby. Special touches were the generous snacks and very easy instructions for self check-in. Great communication with host too.
We enjoyed our stay. Small space but set up for efficiency.

Beautiful room! Huge with gorgeous furniture. We were able to do a late check in and easily found our own way in. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed and the air con was great. Super shower. A selection of breakfast snacks with plenty of coffee and a variety of teas available. 15 minute walk to main attractions. Very friendly host and we were able to leave our luggage after check out whilst exploring Pisa. No negatives and highly recommend.
