Antonella ist wirklich eine großartige, sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich selten so wohl in einer Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Der gebuchte Bereich liegt in der Wohnung von Antonella und geht vom gemeinsamen Flurbereich ab. Man hat ein eigenes Bad, ein Schlafzimmer und einen zusätzlichen Raum mit Kühlschrank und kleiner Essgelegenheit. Man hat genügend Privatsphäre, die Räumlichkeiten sind auch sehr sauber. Antonella hat für alles gesorgt- es gibt genügend Handtücher, zusätzliche Kopfkissen und Tee/Kaffee, sofern man etwas zum Frühstück möchte. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch äußerst optimal, um Pisa zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Bar unter der Wohnung stört auch nicht, sobald man die Fenster schließt. Ebenfalls schließt die Bar ab 0 Uhr. In der Zeit, in der die Klimaanlage noch nicht funktioniert, stellt Antonella einen Ventilator zur Verfügung. Sofern man Tips für Restaurants und co möchte, kann man sich auch an sie wenden. - Klare Empfehlung 🌸

Very lively neighborhood, especially on weekend nights (that's good and bad)

Si viene ospitati in casa, avendo acceso esclusivo ad una "ala" dell'appartmento privato, costituita da camera, bagno e un salottino per la colazione. Ambiente molto caloroso, casalingo, accogliente e molto spazioso .La signora è estremamente cordiale. La posizione è molto comoda per il teatro di Pisa ma non lontana da tutti i siti di interesse principali raggiungibili facilmente a piedi.

Forse l'unica nota leggerne meno positiva è un piccolo pub sottostante con una decina forse di clienti per strada: con le finestre aperte, essendo la camera al primo piano, si sente molto la gente che parla. Se si è molto sensibili al rumore può essere utile avere dei tappi per le orecchie.
