Hotel was in a central area., 15mins walk from Train station Staff were very good and helpful. they were there to greet us and had left us a breakfast in the room as we were leaving for an early flight. They also sorted out a taxi to take us to the airport. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Lots of room , Bathroom was clean. 10mins walk to Tower of Pisa and loads of restaurants.
All good. Two flights of stairs to hotel (No lift)

Great location, beautiful room, nice breakfast.
Due the central location, it can get a bit loud at night sometimes. Earplugs recommended.
