Great location. A good stay with all the basic amenities.

Comfortable, clean room with all the basic amenities. Self check in with clear instructions. Great location - walking distance to Leaning Tower of Pisa. Lots of restaurants nearby. Wifi was good. Overall, a good stay

Area can seem a bit rough very late at night. Breakfast included one pre packed croissant, yoghurt, self made hot beverages - this could have been better.

Very clean!

Breakfast was very simple. Fruit, yogurt and coffee were provided other sweets were packaged items. We enjoyed the fruit and yogurt but if you wanted something more substantial, you would need to go elsewhere. We were aware of this from reading other reviews. Still with a title of B&B, I would like to have seen more effort in the breakfast options.

The perfect B&B to experience Pisa!

This B&B was perfectly situated in the hub of Pisa, with easy access to the train station and main tourist attractions. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, and check-in went so smoothly due to easy instructions provided. Communication was prompt throughout the booking. Breakfast consisted of biscuits/cakes and juices already in the room for the morning. We had a very enjoyable short stay here!

Great place to stay with kids, in a lovely local little square.

It was in a very good spot, on a lovely little square that felt quite local, with a market outside and an excellent trattoria opposite. It was a very good size, and nice that the kids sofa bed could be shut off to our room. The breakfast items were much appreciated as we had an early ish flight. Check in instructions were very good, and easy to communicate via WhatsApp. They booked us a taxi which arrived on time.

Thanks to all the amenities, our stay was even more enjoyable!

Excellent location, the room was clean, tidy, and very well equipped. The air conditioning helped us get through the heat, and the soundproofing was incredible – there is a restaurant open until late right under the building, yet inside the room we couldn’t hear any noise at all! On top of that, the room was cleaned and the bedding changed every day. Great communication. I recommend it 100%!

A great stay in Pisa, in a fab B + B

Cheking in system worked really well, logging in unlocks the door on first arrival. Only contact with hosts was via whatsapp, and all info was great, really helpful and upto date. Rooms were a good size, Aircon was great, Storage was great and had a coffee machine with free coffee pods for breakfast and some free breakfast snacks which were very welcomed. Location is fantastic, on the morning outside is full of fresh fruit and veg markets and by night time its a out side restaurante area with great food and good prices. Only a short walk to leaning tower of Pisa and other historic areas. + 30 -40 min walk to the airport. ignore google maps too the bridge is open!, lots of great places to eat and drink within 5 mins of the hotel.

The location was very good only ten minutes from the tower easy walking distance There are plenty of restaurants close by all lexcellent food The room is basic but very clean and had everything you need , there is tea /coffee ,fruit and yogurt and cakes in the room for a breakfast which was appropriate . The owner kept in touch with us checking we had arrived ok

Lovely Apartment in great location

Beautiful apartment. Full of character and with a nice high ceiling to help us keep cool in the 34 degree heat. Great location 12 minutes from rail station and about 20 from the Tower. Loads of really good bars and restaurants nearby. Yogurts fruit and pastries for breakfast were a lovely touch and the checking in process was dead easy.

Perfect spot, value for money, spotless

10 minutes walk from the train station and easy access to the airport. Lots of shops and eateries close by. Fridge in room with a DIY breakfast, coffe machine in your room and extra teas coffees etc available in a communal area. Able to leave luggage there after checkout to explore the city.

Nothing to fault here, steps up to the first floor, but it is Italy, steps everywhere!

Perfect if you love a vibrant lifestyle

Perfect location, big PAM supermarket only 2 mins walk away, fruit and veg stalls on the doorstep, restaurants and bars everywhere, room was spotlessly clean and maid service each day. Host communication was great. Pisa is beautiful with charm and character. If you love the vibrant lifestyle until early hours of the morning then this is the place for you.

Unfortunately our room (4) and also room 5 are situated right above a Pizzeria which is meant to close at 22:30 but infact plays very loud music until 03:00am and also scrapes alot of furniture along the floor. This happened 3 out of our 4 nights as they must have been closed on the first. This isn't acceptable but no fault of the host and not sure if they could do anything to prevent this. Another small detail was that the shower was quite small.

Very good

It was a lovely, big, clean room, with a coffee machine and fridge. It was extremely well located, just a few minutes’ walk from the Leaning Tower. The windows are miraculous. Due to the architecture of the streets, sound carries up very loudly. The windows effectively remove all of the street sound. We are very light sleepers, so this is a big plus. I found the breakfast very generous; several individually wrapped pastries each day, with two pieces of fruit each, a yoghurt each, and a small fruit juice.

Unfortunately the rooms are not soundproof. We easily heard other guests in adjoining rooms, including the people they were talking to on the phone. We contacted the host who spoke to the other guest, which we appreciated, but we felt very bad about calling them at night and for curtailing the behaviour of the other guest. Some soundproofing or sound dampening might help. There was also a party in the pizza shop below the property until 3am on one of the nights we stayed here. The noise of the music was terrible, even through earplugs. I imagine this is an infrequent event as the pizza shop closed by 11pm and didn’t make any noise on the other nights we were here. Perhaps we were unlucky on this occasion. I would advise the host to speak to the pizza shop about this if they are concerned.

Good clean place, bed but not breakfast

Location, walking distance from train station and 10 min to the famous tower. Easy check in and check out, but we actually never saw a single member of staff although they were very responsive by WhatsApp. All very clean and homey.

Expensive for just a room, and no breakfast - just some cold industrial snacks in the room. Surrounding squares are really loud - bearable most of the night thanks to the soundproof windows.

WiFi wasn't working. For some reason my card (revolut) was complaining, the payment was blocked as fraudulent. I could pay via the card terminal, nor via provided page, and had to use cash. Not sure whose fault it really was. Watch out for stairs, there are planty of them and there is no lift.

Exceptional

The professional, helpful and polite approach of the management. The tuscan style of the B&B was wonderful. Cleaness totally met our expectations (which are high).

The bars in the surrounding streets are really loud at the weekends which is not the B&Bs fault at all. They actually did everything to keep the noise out (soundproof windows) but it was still bothering to us. But frankly, we are not the most tolerant with this topic, especially because we travelled with a small child. Earplugs can be a solution though. I have been offered a more silent room actually so the management really tried to find a solution. I feel with those people who live in the area 😔. But because the B&B totally met our other expectations in many other ways, I would choose it again.

it’s position - close to everything but in a quiet corner of old Pisa; also clean, traditionally furnished and very generous continental breakfast supplied

on the first floor so a few stairs but the hosts are very willing to help with luggage if they are there when you arrive/depart

Perfect location. Beautiful, spacious room cleaned everyday. Complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise (snacks and coffee capsules left in the room and refilled everyday). There was a kettle and a microwave in the common area. The host was very helpful and answered quickly.

good location in the vibrant city centre

location is superb, short walk to piazza dei miracoli. we arrived by train, and the walk was 25 min tops. Pisa turned out to be the city that never sleeps - in the morning there was a vegetable market right under our window, then fruit market from about midday (I didn’t see another fruit market in the city centre), and then the restaurants and pubs set their tables outside, till past midnight. we loved it, but maybe not the best place for those who expect to retire to bed @9pm and have a quiet time 🙂 the room is clean, bathroom with jacuzzi, toiletries replenished during the stay. we were not so keen on the breakfast provided, although the items in the kitchenette and fridge were plentiful. seamless check in and check out. we actually never saw a single member of staff, although bed was made when we would step out for late breakfast

Comfort and elegance, too.

Gracious architecture When we entered the house, we were overcome by its stateliness. Then we entered our room,,and we were met marble, sumptuous furniture and and all the lovely things we expect in a grand hotel. The rooms were immaculate. Franco and Assunta communicated with us even before we arrived, welcoming us with pieces of helpful. precise information.. Once in, they sent us a list of restaurants in town which they recommended. Their kindness will be remembered!
