Perfect location, very close to Pisa Tower. Also close to the train station and many shops on the way (25 minutes walk to train station). Many restaurants nearby. Able to leave luggage for collection later. Great external shutters to keep light away for a good sleep. Also a very quiet area (at least at night as weren’t there during the day).
Would be nice to have some coffee in the room, only had herbal tea bags and a couple of sachet of decaffeinated coffee. Not a huge issue just a nice to have.

It was easy to enter the building as the owner sends you very clear and easy to follow instructions. It was also in the perfect location to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
The only negative was the noise of the pipes when toilets were flushing but nothing can be done about it as it’s what to expect with old buildings.

It was very central. Had everything we needed for a short break. Towels replaced. Small fridge in room. Flexible check in was ideal for late arriving flight.
It could be doing with some updating & fresh paint. Wouldn’t put me off staying.
