The staff were amazing and very generous by letting us extend our check out time, which was a massive help. The location was absolutely perfect as you are seconds away from the leaning tower of Pisa. The room was very nice and everything worked.

Excellent Place to stay for a short visit to see the Leaning Tower.

Excellently located and secure place to stay. The property is very close to the Leaning Tower and there are masses of restaurants in close vicinity. We found the place to be very quiet and especially liked that it had a lift, as the room was located on the second floor. Area seems safe at night as there is a good police presence around the tower. The air conditioning was good, although we didn't use if much. It would definitely be useful in the hotter months given the large windows overlooking the small courtyard.

The mattress on the double bed was very worn on the one side and gave little support. Owner should look at changing it. Also, the bathroom needs a blind at the window, as anyone walking along the city walls can see straight in. This was not a problem as we were usually up and ready before they opened access to the walls. But if you wanted a shower late morning or mid-afternoon then it may be an issue. A simple bathroom blind would solve the problem.

Fantastic location, fantastic host!

Wonderful location - 200 steps from the leaning tower and so close to beautiful restaurants and the town. Its a fab room suitable for our family of 4 and stocked with toiletries and an amazing shower! Our host met us on arrival despite a hefty delay and equipped us with tea, coffee and a fridge full of water. She also met us the next morning at the gorgeous restaurant underneath the accommodation; checked we were ok and ordered us a taxi to get our hire car.

Incredible location. Staff were outstanding. Food in restaurant below was lovely and great value too.

Air con broke at 2am and we did not want to alert owner at that time of night so we sweated through the heatwave until morning!

Spacious clean room, great location. We didn’t expect to be able to see the Tower from the from of the hotel or to be quite sp close to it.

Great Location & Friendly Host – Good Value for the Price

We had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, just steps away from the Leaning Tower of Pisa — the location couldn’t be better! The host was very friendly. The overall value was great for the price, and it met our basic needs. Cleanliness was average — not spotless, but acceptable.

One downside was the air conditioning: in the larger room, it didn’t cool well, and in the smaller room, it was dripping water loudly, which made sleeping a bit difficult. A fix or update would make a big difference.

Best find in Pisa. I didn't check the location before booking then could not believe the leaning tower is 150 yards down the street. Super helpful staff at Cafe Pisa. Super comfy bed. Very clean amd quiet. Perfect.

Excellent Host and Amazing Location!

We had a wonderful stay near the Leaning Tower of Pisa! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short walk from one of the most iconic landmarks in the world. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth, and we felt truly cared for throughout our visit. The room was clean, cozy, and had a lovely atmosphere. Thank you for making our time in Pisa so special — we would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Perfect place for a short stop in Pisa. Wonderful staff

The room was perfect for what we needed. Bed was very comfortable. The room was stocked with water and coffee. Nice and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful! 😊 Our flight was delayed and the owner kindly waited up late for us to arrive. We had issues with getting a taxi in the morning and the lady who worked in the cafe downstairs saved the day!!! We were going to a wedding so I was getting very stressed 🤦🏻‍♀️ Location is great. 2 min walk from the tower and you can see it whilst drinking a coffee from the cafe downstairs. ❤️

The staff are exceptional. Silva was the kindest. She met us at the taxi and took us to our room. We had booked dinner downstairs in the restaurant and everything was delicious with fantastic views of the tower! Would reccomend

Staff (owner, etc). Location. Cleanliness. Condition. Price. Plus, they have their own restaurant with street seating which is marvelous.

Had some maintenance issues with the air conditioner, but the nights were mild enough to leave the windows open. The issue is supposed to be fixed by Monday.

1 min walking from Pisa, Cafe Pisa is part of the hotel so you can put your luggage there in case you arrive ahead of check-in time. The crew was helpfull and the food in the Cafe was good with a good quality price. The servicefee was low compared to places around Pisa where some charged 2,50pp. There were 2 beds, good for us 3.

Good location but not suitable for 4 adults.

Great location, friendly staff. The tower is right on your door step. The 2 ladies running the place were very friendly.

There was only 1 double bed, and the other 2 beds were not proper beds. So a bit uncomfortable, however we were only there for 1 night so doable. It would be better suited for a couple or 2 adults and 2 young children and maybe only for 1/2 nights.

The place is super clean. The location is perfect. You can see the leaning tower from their cafe below. The cafe is also related to the aparment. You get breakfast there as well.

Great room next to the Tower of Pisa

The location is great, as it is literally next to the tower of Pisa and you can actually see it from the bar when having breakfast outside. Also, the room was quiet and bigger than expected and had everything we needed for a one night stay (equipped bathroom, kettle for tea and complimentary water bottles) - Breakfast is also included (coffee and croissant) which was a bonus. Communication with the host was very good and fast, and check-in was also fast as the people that work at the bar are expecting you and they take you to the room as soon as you arrive (As the room is managed by the Pisa Caffe bar)

Great location

Location was outstanding, just next to leaning tower. Staff was friendly, they offered to keep our luggage because we had an evening flight. Breakfast was good, you get to choose from Pisa Cafe's selection. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean.

It was quite difficult to find the right place. There where no directives how to find this place - didn't know it was inside of Pisa Cafe. There was 4 different keys to get to your apartment, which was little bit confusing. The room was very hot, although the air conditioner was on.
