Very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff

The property's location was absolutely ideal just a couple minutes walk from the leaning tower and a convenient bus stop very near to get to and from the train station or airport

I liked that it was close to the train station and also to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Also, the property was actually pretty clean, and there were no bedbugs.

There wasn’t enough soap/shampoo, and they were the same thing. Also, it took a while for the hot water to come up. Also, there were mold and cracks and some stains on the bedsheets. The lighting is very poor in the room. It is located next to a busy street, so I could hear the cars come by at night.

Clean room, friendly Host, tasty Italian breakfast and amazing location!

The reception was very warm, the Host was friendly and showed us around, gave us tips on what to do and where to go. The room was simple but clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was really tasty, very Italian (shout out to the cappuccino!). Location was amazing, really close to the Pisa Tower and other spots in the old town. Very good value for money!

It is just a minute distance from Pisa tower , staff is very good , Breakfast good , hotel also comfortable and spacious, they will keep luggage storage even after checkout for sometime. It is value for money

Localization is awesome, about 5 minute walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli.

The room was noisy, but this can be forgiven due to the location. The breakfast was small, just coffee/tea, juice and a croissant. The thing I like least is that the owner does not speak English well enough. I tried to ask him not to scan my ID and just write down the information. I don't trust a 10-year-old laptop, probably full of malware, storing all sensitive information.

disgusting and scam

Only the location

We didn’t have hot water, so we couldn’t take a shower. Also we didn’t have electricity in the morning. They offered us fruit as breakfast, because the electicity was off. We couldn’t even drink a coffee, but they said, this is not their problem. We’ve already paied for the accomodation and breakfast, but we wanted a refund, (at least tha half of the price) because we didn’t get, what we paied for, but the staff said, that they don’t pay, this is not their problem that there is no hot water and electricity. The staff was rude, the room was dirty and moldy. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Couldn't ask for a better location. The leaning tower was within walkable distance. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was fine. Their home made biscuits were amazing.

Was not as clean as we expected. The toilet lid was broken, we informed it but didnt fixed it.

Close to the centre, they served enough breakfast, staff was nice.

The room was dirty (spider nets on the walls), even with some trash from previous guests (empty shower gel bottles left in the shower, hair on the bathroom floor). The room is quite noisy - walls are thin and the traffic is heavy on the road next to the B&B.
