Location to Pisa fantastic. Staff very helpful and friendly, and allowed us to leave our bags until after lunch when we had to catch a bus.
Bit run down, with the plug in the basin not working and the TV broken

- The staff was friendly and helpful (at least as much as possible considering they didn't speak English and I don't speak Italian)
- Clean
- Great location next to the Tower and Wall
- The bathroom was miserable: no soap, shower curtain barely hanging, toilet seat loose, sink tiny...
- Staff doesn't speak English (but again, was still very friendly)

- very light breakfast
- WiFi slow
- too expensive for what it offered (and it was not even during the high season)
