We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. The location is very good, close to everything we needed. Salvatore is a very nice host, friendly and welcoming, and he made us feel at home. Thank you for everything!

Lovely B&B - Close to Pisa - Clean - Great Host

Great location, within walking distance from Pisa. Lovely authentic Italian building with lovely outdoor area. Spacious rooms, comfy bed and a 5* bathroom looked beautiful. Clean property. Host is fantastic & attentive. Breakfast is lovely, fresh sandwiches, croissants, cake, coffees, fresh fruit.

Amazing location and host

The host (Salvatore) was perfect - always eager to solve any requests we had. He also helped us secure a table at a very nice restaurant for New Year's Eve - he even gave us several option from which to choose. Cleanliness was spot on. Quiet location and nice view towards the major points of attraction in the city. Would definitely recommend to others and if ever back in Pisa, will come back. Thank you, Salvatore, for our stay!

It was perfect! Great location, comfortable bed, great pillows, love the keypads for door entry and keyless room door openings. Strong water flow, wonderful breakfast, Salvatore the owner as so friendly and helpful. Great location! Hope to be able to go back one day

Perfect Stay, Short walk to Pisa village & Leaning Tower

Salvatore was the best. Very helpful and great communicator. Made eggs and fresh squeezed juice every morning to go with the nice breakfast spread of breads and homemade pastries. This home was renovated a few years back and it is beautifully done. Marble floors and stairs, wonderful bathroom and shower, beautiful yard and sitting area. Can see Pisa Tower from yard and front rooms.

Fab location and was a traditional Italian home but with modern facilities. Excellent breakfast and the host could not have done more for us if he had tried. I highly recommend staying.

Really great host Salvatore, in his beautiful house! fantastic breakfast with home made savory treats and delicious breakfast sandwiches and excellent coffee! Tea and coffee available all day. Super comfortable beds and very well appointed rooms with modern IT. Luxurious bathrooms and views of the tower from our room. What more could you want!? Also a lovely garden!!

Would come back in a heartbeat!

Salvatore was an incredible host. He communicated with us leading up to our arrival. We were a little early and he chatted with us on the beautiful patio and made us a cup of coffee while we waited for the room to be done cleaning. The room was lovely and could not have been any closer to the Leaning Tower. We had an easy 5 minute walk into the facility. The bathroom was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was decorated beautifully.

A gem of a find!

Salvatore is a wonderfully friendly host and very helpful. A small b&b in a great location by the Leaning Tower. Comfortable rooms, great showers and air conditioning. Very pretty flowered garden sitting area. A good selection for breakfast. All in all a great find.

Wonderful experience!

Salvatore was very helpful in accommodating my late arrival due to the delayed flight. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was recently renovated and clean! The breakfast included made to order eggs, a variety of coffees and teas as well as a nice variety of pies. The blackberry pie was delicious! The courtyard was the perfect place to enjoy my breakfast!

Beautifully restored Italian villa, 2 minute walk to the tower. The rooms are impeccably clean.

Wonderful breakfast; home made cakes, fresh fruit, yogurts, bread, ham and cheese. The cakes are made by the hosts and are absolutely divine. The host Salvatore is so friendly and helpful. The villa is perfectly located for all amenities, and a 20 minute walk through the main shopping street to Pisa Centrale station. So many lovely restaurants nearby too. The villa is beautiful, rooms lovely and spacious with luxury bathrooms. This is the perfect location to explore Pisa from.

There are a few words to sum up this stay absolutely amazing from start to finish . The host , house ,room and breakfast were 5* they went above and beyond.To top it off you have the views of the Tower of Pisa ,could not recommend highly enough.Would recommend booking as soon as possible.

Overall very comfortable stay with amazing service, decor, & proximity to the tower!

Very kind and accommodating staff; the service was truly superb. The decor was so tasteful, I want to replicate it for my own house! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The back room was perfect for my partner and me, and we slept very well even with my noise sensitivity. The bathroom was the nicest we had during our entire trip. The breakfast spread was excellent; we loved the selection of breakfast items which were delicious, and the beverage options too from tea to cappuccinos and fresh juice. We loved being so close to the tower. We would absolutely stay again!

Can not praise this B&B enough, everything was amazing. Such an incredible experience!

The location is right across the road from the Tower of Pisa and the other main sites (as well as having a beautiful view from the window!) the room was extremely beautiful and comfortable, spacious shower and a heated towel rack. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with homemade cakes and pastries, etc and the host - Salvatore - was absolutely amazing! He helped us with our luggage, carried it all the way up the stairs for us, going above and beyond. He gave us tips and information, was very accommodating and a delight to talk to.

Not ideal if you have a car, but there is a paid parking area 5 mins walk away and you can drop your luggage off at the door and then go and park your car.

Charming little house and garden

The house is very charming. I particularly appreciated the old design of the house, garden and rooms. Everything was very well maintained and clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Amazing location and our room even had a view of the tower.

I thought it be a little pricey, but i guess Pisa accommodation is expensive in general.

Lovely B&B which was recently renovated. Attentive and friendly hosts. Comfortable beds. Nicely sized rooms with tastefully designed bathrooms. Superb breakfast offerings. Location is just opposite the Leaning Tower. Next to a busy road that was quieter at night and had no trouble sleeping. I would stay there again.

Beautiful place at the best location

Beautiful B&B and all brand new! Just opened it’s doors. Classic-Modern room with an amazing view of the tower of Pisa! The tower is literally just a stone throw away! Excellent breakfast and super friendly and helpful owners.

It’s close to a busy street, this may put some people off. But during the night it’s pretty quiet. It was no issue for us.
