Everything! Salvatore and Silvia have created the perfect B&B. Every need thought of in the beautifully designed room that had a view of the leaning tower from the window! Delightful front garden where you can enjoy your delicious breakfast. Tea,coffee, all the bottled water you could need available for free throughout your stay. Salvatore let us drop our cases before returning our hire car and we were also able to leave our cases to sightsee after checking out. On return he kindly called us a taxi and we had chance for a final coffee and to use the bathroom before setting off for the airport. It was the perfect way to end our holiday in Tuscany. We can honestly say this the best small hotel / b&b we have ever stayed in.

Amazing property full of character. Brilliant location close to Pisa Tower but easy walk to centre Salvatore was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast one of the best we've experienced.

Great location, I can see the leaning tower from the window. The host is a very kind person. He is always willing to help us. The breakfast is fabulous. You can have homemade sandwiches, chocolate cakes, fresh fruits and juice. I would give 12 out of 10!
