Ideal location, lovely host, superb outlook to the square and great facilities.

The property has a really classic Italian styling. Our host provided lots of little extras on top of the usual tea, coffee etc too. The location could not be faulted, the Tower was about 40m walk and there was a superb restaurant immediately next door. Facilities were excellent.

The only thing that we would have improved was the lighting in the communal areas. They are not on sensors and we couldn’t find a switch to turn them on.

We stayed at Campanile B&B Apartments in Pisa for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is perfect — from the courtyard, you can even see the top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The apartments are just a few steps away from the main square with all the city’s famous landmarks. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The hostess was very polite and kind — she allowed us to check in earlier and even prepared the room in advance. She kindly offered us another room so that we could settle in, rest, and have lunch. The apartment is decorated in a classic Italian style — cozy, beautiful, and very tasteful. Everything is chosen with love: elegant curtains, bedspreads, decorative pillows, kitchen furniture, sofa, and chairs. We especially admired the traditional Italian wooden furniture. The bed linen was snow-white and soft, and the warm blanket made our sleep very comfortable. The bedroom had not only a large double bed but also a single one, plus another bed in the living room — so the apartment easily accommodates up to four adults. There’s a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils and a refrigerator, so we could cook our own meals. There’s also a kettle, and the hostess kindly left us some treats for coffee — mini jams, honey, chocolate spread, and dry breadsticks. Our child was especially happy about those sweet surprises! The apartment has air conditioning and is warm in winter. The shutters close completely, so the morning light doesn’t disturb your sleep. It’s within walking distance from both Pisa Centrale railway station (about 20 minutes) and Pisa S. Rossore station (around 14 minutes). We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend Campanile B&B Apartments to anyone visiting Pisa — it’s a charming, comfortable, and truly welcoming place to stay!

Il Campanile B&B is located in a quiet square very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Great location! We booked a spacious 2 roomed apartment for 4 nights, Suite Mezogiorno, which had everything you would need. We arrived very late and the instructions to gain access worked perfectly. And there was complimentary water, soft drinks, tea bags, coffee, Melba toast and spreads, cakes and sweets awaiting us! There is a large comfortable bed in the bedroom and an equally comfortable single bed in the living room. (Let Alessandra know in advance if you think you might use the single bed). There are plenty of spare blankets and pillows in the wardrobe. The bathroom is a good size with a generous shower area. We met Alessandra our kind and generous host the next morning. She is very helpful and said that we can reach her at any time by phone which luckily we did not need. It rained one day, but Alessandra keeps plenty of umbrellas by the door for the guests to borrow! We ordered breakfast on our last morning, which arrived on a trolley and it was delicious. Alessandra kindly ordered a taxi for us to the airport.

Right in the heart of everything.

Overall the location was outstanding but the friendliness of the staff pushed it over the top. I already share the location with my travel friends, let’s see if that translates to visits from my friends.

The furniture is a bit dated but clean and well serviced. I would have liked if there was a microwave oven in the space. That would make heating up leftovers a little easier to heat up. Also, some ice trays to make some ice in the freezer also would have been nice but now I’m just being nit-picky, we had a great time.

Locality was excellent, Tower just round the corner. Close to restaurants, shopping area, mini markets, etc.

Cannot complain. One little suggestion is to provide a microwave oven.

Perfect for a one night (or many nights)stopover in Pisa

We needed a 1 night stop-over in Pisa and this was perfect in every way. It was only a few mins from the Leaning Tower, and we had plenty of restaurants to choose from within a 10 min walk. Our hosts were really welcoming and allowed us into the apartment earlier than the stated time. The apartment was spotless with everything you could possibly want - we would be happy to stay here for a few days. Our hostess recommended an excellent restaurant and it was probably one of our best meals during our week long stay in Italy

Great host, great location. Place equipped with everything that you can possibly need. Very clean, very comfortable beds. Honestly, this was the best place in Italy I had a pleasure to stay. The host even had a book with place recommendations - where to eat, what to see. You could have ordered breakfast if needed. Like I said - everything you needed was taken care of.

A spacious, super clean apartment, very quiet in the very centre of Pisa. Lovely shared garden where we could sunbathe and have our meals (and play chess - game a feature of the garden). You can walk everywhere and the sea is at 30 minutes by bus.

In five days could not spot any fault!

I stayed here with my family for a couple of nights. Location is amazing. Although situated in a square 100 meters away from the Tower, it was very quiet. 15 minute drive from the airport, restaurants and cafes all around. It was more of an appartment (including a fully equipped kitchen) then a room but with all the hotel facilities. Clean rooms, private bathroom, towels, toiletries and breakfast served directly to your room. There is no lift but appartment was situated on the first floor so no issues what so ever. Very nice owners also reside in the same building on the top floor. Highly recommended.

Wonderful B&B next to the Tower

so many things to like about this property. the host was responsive and welcoming. they accommodated our request for an earlier check in and notified us that our room was ready far earlier than expected (plus they had offered to store our bags if needed). the location is amazing - right next to the leaning tower. the rooms are spacious. there was air conditioning in the bedroom. we were provided with drinks and packaged snacks for free. The courtyard was lovely.

the only negative was that the room with the fourth bed did not have air conditioning and it was especially hot when we visited so that person did not sleep well.

An authentic property in a perfect location

Lovely family run apartments with everything you need and the option of a delicious breakfast in your apartment every morning. My daughter loved making the selection. Everywhere was spotless and well cared for. There is a nice little garden space for relaxing, and all in an amazing location, just a hop, skip, and jump from the tower. Thank you so much for having us!

Excellent location, one street from the Tower! The place is very clean, large, they had left a lot of things for breakfast, and were really nice. The little kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. Beautiful old furniture and confortable beds. This visit took place in "COVID times" and the owners were very careful, gel for hand disinfection was always available at the entrance and they welcome us with face mask, which was compulsory in common areas. The cleaning protocol was well explained and we felt safe. We strongly recomend this place and we would choose it as a priority if we travel back to Pisa.

Fantastic place. Very recommended, I surely would stay again here. It is actually meters from the famous tower of Pisa. the owners attend the place, perfectly attended. very comfortable, spacious and well cared for. the decoration very nice and well harmonized, good insulation and air conditioning in the room. Z bocznym widokiem na Wieżę :)

Właściciele przesympatyczni. Na początku dokładnie wyjaśnili jakie zasady obowiązują w obiekcie - klucze, kody, śmieci. No i pokazali Krzywą Wieżę z okna :) Duży plus za wodę, soki i drobne słodkości w cenie pobytu. Pokoje zadbane i czyste. Aneks kuchenny bardzo dobrze wyposażony, chociaż brakowało kieliszków do wina. Kawa, herbata, cukier i przyprawy również dostępne. Część salonowa pokoju dla 3 osób jest zdecydowanie większa niż w pokoju dla 4 osób.

Trochę niezręczne przejście z salonu przez sypialnie do łazienki. Szczególnie przy śpiącym małym dziecku skrzypiące drzwi dawały się we znaki. W łazience pokoju 3 osobowego znajduje się bardzo wysoka toaleta. A w łazience pokoju 4 osobowego jest okno pod prysznicem, które ma już delikatny nalot pleśni.

A szállás elhelyezkedése fantasztikus. A ferde torony pár méterre volt. A busz és vonat pontosan közlekedik. Kedves, segítőkész házigazdák. Patyolat tisztaság volt a szálláson. Innivaló, ennivaló be volt készítve. Legközelebb is ide jövünk.

El trato del personal excelente, la ubicación perfecta justo al lado de la Torre de Pisa. Instalaciones muy acogedoras y muy limpias. Destaco sobre todo la atención recibida por parte de Alexandra y su familia. Felicidades.

Quizás la zona de aparcamiento pero también se nos facilitó un permiso para poder aparcar cerca y sin problema alguno.

Un logement calme et confortable à deux minutes à pied des monuments historiques

Juste à côté de la tour à deux minutes à pied. Le bonus: Bon restaurant la porte juste à côté (il toscano). En arrivant dans le logement des boissons et des biscuits étaient disponibles pour nous !
