The staff were first class from start to finish , reception advised me where to park and were very helpful, bar staff charming and our experience was first class , great value for money and the location was perfect , 5 mins to the tower that leans !

Overall our experience was very good. The staff is friendly, the beds comfortable, the breakfast good and the location unbeatable.
It is an old school type hotel. If you like that sort of decor then you will be fine. For my taste, the rooms are very ugly and very small. There is only space for one person to unpack their stuff. For a couple you will be wrestling over every inch. The shower is the size of Cruise ship showers with no practical shelves and the TV is microscopic with only Italian channels. A/C was good!

Pros:
Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.
Breakfast is decent and satisfying.
Cons:
The air conditioning is poorly placed—directly above the bed—so the airflow can hit you directly, which might make you uncomfortable or sick.
Room *** is located under the restaurant, so you can hear chairs scraping when people move.
Overall: A positive experience aside from the minor inconveniences.

Good thing:
1/ 4min walk to Leaning tower
2/ old. But clean
3/ many restaurants, gelato shops and groceries
Negative:
1/ small room
2/ far to train station , can take bus 1+ at Pisa Centrale, use creator/Apple Pay on board. One payment card for one person. Cannot pay 2+ ppl fare with one credit card
3/ the terrace closed from6-10pm
4/ breakfast is on half floor above ground floor
