Staff were amazing, they’ve allowed a very late check-in and even offered many snacks to us at no extra cost, room was very clean and cozy, and we loved its classic vibe!

The single bed was a sofa. It was uncomfortable.

The staff was super nice, especially the gentleman who helped us with breakfast. He was an amazing person—very helpful, friendly, and kind.
The room was spacious, but honestly, it was a little dirty. We also had some issues with the air conditioning during our stay.
However, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I have never experienced such poor breakfast service before. It was honestly a major letdown. They could easily charge €10 more per person and provide a proper breakfast with eggs, fresh bread, and good Italian cheese. After all, this is Italy, and that is exactly the kind of breakfast we were expecting.
