Lovely accommodation, close to the station and centrally located for shopping and walking around Pisa.

Great location, less than 10 mins walk from Pisa Centrale Station. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, with tea and coffee provided together with a selection of cakes and biscuits.

Worst place I have ever stayed!

Dirty, smell of sewage when walking in, window did not lock properly and on street level so unsafe, air-conditioning was broken, heating was on and could not be turned off, soap dispenser in bathroom was broken, they had an air freshener on full blast pumping out a sickly sweet smell that is also full of parabens and is an asthma irritant, not to mention unhealthy for everyone to breath.

Good place to stay in Pisa

The lady who welcome us was just ever so nice. The room is huge, same as the bed which was very very comfortable. The coffee maker/kettle and extras were just a sweet touch to be appreciated. Dont expect perfect trendy mobilia, but it has all u need for a good night stay and more. And they let u leave ur bags after check out. Great communication via email and on the day. Lovely lady.

One night in Pisa.

A cosy room, a comfortable large bed and impeccable cleanliness. A very friendly woman with incredibly beautiful eyes greets you at the reception desk and helps you with any questions you may have. Thank you for the treats and coffee!

The only downside is that you can hear people walking past and talking loudly through the window.

The en-suite was unsuitable. The shower cubicle was far too small, the water pressure was very poor and the concertina door separating the bedroom from the bathroom didn’t fit meaning there was no privacy when using the facility

Great location, clean room and bathroom, nice staff. Breakfast items/ snacks and coffee machine in the room. Relatively quiet. We could leave our luggage at the property after check-out.

Great experience

It was truly a great experience. First, it was a wonderfully warm welcome by the staff, even though I arrived there very late. They were waiting for me with charming smiles, which made me feel at home. Second, the hotel is in a perfect location, right in the center of Pisa. It's close to the central station, the leaning tower, and even the airport. I actually walked there from the airport :) Additionally, the room was very clean, with a comfortable bed, AC, TV, and I was also given breakfast as a gift :)

Fabulous location, so convenient. Water in the shower was plentiful and hot. Snacks available in the room. Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well.

The location is great for the train station and shopping street. The bed which was for a single rate, was a full queen size and very comfy. Free snacks and coffee were nice. The hairdryer was full size and not travel size or attached to the wall like other places Full sized mirror in bedroom

The place is very run down. The furnishings and the building are so basic it makes it extremely depressing to be inside the room. You can hear a everything from the other rooms inside your own. The shower plastic door was hanging out and there was a smell of sewerage. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul. (I had external private bathroom) I don’t think the reviews on here reflect the true nature of the place. It is fine for one night if you get a heavily discounted price, and can’t find anything else but unless you really need to be close to the train station, take something else.

Free coffee and snacks for breakfast. Very nice host.

Beds much too soft (and maybe old?). Had a very noisy room in ground floor to the street. Windows could not be properly opened but do also not properly keep the noise from the street away.
