Great location close to Pisa train station. It was perfect for an overnight stay as we arrived late and left early the next day.
It was a bit noisy as the bedroom window was on the road side but it did quieten down and we were up early anyway.

Very quirky place to stay. Nice clean rooms. Well equipped and comfortable. Good location between station and Leaning Tower. Friendly host who leaves you to your own devices Good place to stay for short visit to Pisa with little fuss.
