Good for one night if you have an early flight the next day

The closeness to the airport

It could have been a little cleaner. It wasn't dirty but you could tell the place had not seen a deep clean. Also the room was cold, it took a while of heating to make it warm.

Location once tried by foot

Location is superb. Only 3 minutes walk from airport BUT a there was NO information to say how easy it would be to walk i.e. A simple hand drawn map from the airport clock, through Car park, across grass and under overpass. Then take a right after 30 meters. We paid 12€ for a taxi.2 minutes & still the absolute cheek to ask for that amount... Internet not available.no router available with name:password given. Person upstairs couldn't assist and was only person I could contact about entry & a simple drink of water

Outstanding value for a simple walk to and from the Pisa Airport

Location,location, location. Perfect for a stop off before early morning flight. David was a superb host and comfort was outstanding. Great restaurant and bars 5 minutes walk. Shower was very refreshing and the addition of a fridge was great. Air con was excellent and kept the room fresh and cool

Very close to the airport. Whilst I only dealt with the owner remotely, the communication was excellent and the directions easy to follow. Several good pizzerias close by - Paradiso gets top marks. Not too far to walk to Pisa Centrale station.

Very convenient for the airport which was really all we wanted.

No sign of the kettle, tea and coffee. Plus no information about the WiFi which was also supposed to be included.

Nice stay, room a bit small, small bathroom, quiet with air-con, good price

Very close to the airport, we walked from the airport to the house in 10 minutes. Our flight was delayed for 5 hours and we feared that we could not check in but David was very accommodating and responsive via text and phone calls and gave us the instructions on how to get the key and get in our room. Also, a nice little surprise is two comic books from the 90s on Donald Ducks, even though I didn't understand much Italian, it kept me smiling and entertained for a while as I was brought back to my childhood memories. Room was quiet and had air-con so it's great.

The bathroom is very small, the room is generally small as well. The location is not the best if you want to stay for longer and explore central Pisa as the taxi fare and waiting time might offset the advantage of low cost.

at 6:00 am the arrivals/departures start at the airport and by being so close to you can clearly listen the noise. there isn’t market nearby

Location is the only good thing

One good thing: Location to airport is great. 3 min walk. That’s es our main concern otherwise would never book it. Bed was big but a big uncomfortable. No other good things to report unfortunately!

The shower was on its last legs making it difficult to shower. The wifi password was handwritten and illegible so we gave up trying! Security was lacking with the front door unlocked during the day. Could reach people by phone and they did let us leave our bags before checkin. But not quickly responsive on email. There was a Coke can left in the fridge and air conditioning was weak but adequate. Considering the quality I wouldn’t pay as much as we did.

Poor

Air conditioner and the location to the airport.

We waited outside for 45 minutes while the guys was upstairs drinking or passed out or something. He finally came down and let us in after the 4th time of knocking on all doors and yelling. No wifi and the shower was falling apart. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great so I'll give them that.

1 night stay close to the airport

4 minute walk!! From the airport terminal. Easy check inn with keybox outside. Perfect location after visiting Tuscany. And need a place close to the airport on your way home. Clean and airconditioned room with coffee making facilities and a refridgerator.

Perfect location to catch flight from Pisa - fault less stay

The self check in was smooth and straight forward. The location was 5 mins walk to airport. Perfect stop over to catch a flight.

Great location, met expectations.

Perfect location for my needs...an easy 5 minute walk from the airport! I had less than 24 hours to spend in Pisa and arrived via train at airport. Was able to walk to the property, drop luggage, and then walk back to airport to catch a taxi to Marina de Pisa. For those looking to visit the main sites in downtown Pisa, it's an easy 15-20 minute walk with shops and restaurants along the way. Anther option to get downtown is to grab the PisaMover tram at the airport for a short ride to Central Pisa (5 Euro). The host was very responsive and allowed me to drop my luggage outside the normal check in hours of 5 pm-midnight. The AC worked extremely well and the area was quiet despite proximity to airport. The host also left a couple small snacks which was a pleasant surprise.

Check in times are fairly late compared to other properties and there is no one on site prior to check in hours. I made arrangements to drop luggage but had to call a phone number upon arrival and they gave me info on how to access a room to leave luggage in. This wasn't an issue for me based on my travel intentions but worth noting for others that need a place to actually stay/nap/shower during the afternoon hours. Also keep in mind it's located in residential area with no onsite vending. Recommend grabbing any needed beverages or snacks prior to arrival (closest market is about 2 blocks away).
