Appalling. My daughter and I were shocked and frightened by the manager’s behaviour.

The fact that the manager harassed me, physically assaulted me, threw my luggage and handbag across the bedroom and told lies to the police about to me. I will be making a denuncia to the Questura in Pisa, contacting the. British embassy, and I have already made a complaint to Booking.com.

If you are looking for lodging close to the airport here is your place

The airport is a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of cafe shops nearby . Clean and located in a safe secure neighborhood

A few small issues or misunderstandings about policy and storage of bags we got resolved. Beds not comfortable but the host is most efficient. A little expensive for shared quarters. But thats just my opinion

Great location for a late arrival.

Very close to the airport. Clean, comfortable and a nice welcome.

Despite forwarding our arrival time, the whole building was in darkness and locked. After making a phone call, a very pleasant host arrived 15 mins later to let us in. When you arrive at night to a new location, youdon't want any uncertainty that you have booked correctly.

There is a lot to improve!

The location was within easy walking distance of the airport terminal. The young man who welcomed us was helpful and polite.

It was noisy because of traffic on the raised roadway nearby. We could not make the air con work so it was hot. The bathroom with shared with another room. The shower sealant was mouldy and the toilet did not flush properly.

Дуже близьке розташування до аеропорту, п'ять хвилин пішки, це було найголовним критерієм нашого пошуку. Франческо - привітний, комунікабельний, допоміг з усіма питаннями, порадив гарні заклади поблизу.

Взагалі, це кімната для короткого перепочинку, а не тривалого перебування, як на мене. Трохи не вистачало кухні.

L'aria condizionata non c'è ma nella descrizione era prevista. Il bagno è condiviso ma dalla prenotazione l'informazione non era chiara e visibile. La stanza, il bagno e l'arredamento in generale non sono all'altezza del prezzo richiesto. Soprattutto la parete doccia cadeva a pezzi e c'era la muffa sopra. Davanti alle mie segnalazioni alle mancanze della stanza il personale si è dimostrato inappropriato e poco professionale. Sconsigliato a ragazze da sole.
